Pros:

Pulito Rosario è gentile disponibile e discreto . Si trova in zona tranquilla. Centrale e ben servita dai mezzi

Cons:

Bagno cieco senza aspiratore con rubinetteria incrostata e lavandino senza tappo . Lampadario rotto e parete scrostata e rovinata .

Not what I expected from Booking.com details but maybe I did not read enough reviews as there is one that outlines what
Pros:

Location & host was friendly. He was Italian and it is a room in his home, very welcoming. He responded really quickly when i arrived & again when i asked for WiFi details. Very little English though

Cons:

It is a room in someone’s home, no washing machine or kettle/coffee making facility as is advertised on Booking.com The AC is not controlled by you & the bed while spacious is very hard & only a sheet provided & pillows. I had to ask for wifi

Pros:
