It was okay overall
Pros:

Near to railway station, quite a few restaurants nearby

Cons:

No 24/7 reception, little complicated when check in late evenings. Not very visible from outside

Krótki i miły (oprócz parkingu)
Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, smaczne śniadanie i wygodne łóżka. Blisko centrum więc dobre miejsce.

Cons:

Parking był okropny. Nie dość że trzeba dopłacić 20 euro to jeszcze nie ma miejsca i jest okropnie wąski. Nie słuchać też innych oprócz pracowników hotelu w hotelu.

Die Lage war prima.

Cons:

Der Abfluss in der Dusche funktionierte nicht. Das Zimmer roch moddrig und war stickig. Es gab keine Klimaanlage. Die Saubetkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig (z.B. gelbe Flecken auf den Vorhängen, verschimmeltes Bad).

In an expensive city this was the cheapest option and usually I would expect more but we had a good experience overall
Pros:

It was clean. The breakfast was good. The staff were kind. I had read bad reviews and was prepared for a bad experience but it was actually quite good. We arrived late and staff were there to greet us.

Cons:

The rooms are tiny and hot. The fan helped a little and we had the windows open most of the time but this during a heat wave.

Die Stadt Salzburg war schön, das Hotel enttäuschend
Pros:

Die Lage war am Hotel das Beste. Es war sehr zentral gelegen und der Bahnhof innerhalb von einigen Minuten zu Fuss problemlos zu erreichen.

Cons:

Das Personal war desinteressiert. Am letzten Tag gab es nicht einmal ein Frühstück. Wir konnten das Personal nicht erreichen um nachzufragen. Die Duschkabine war kaputt (man konnte die Tür nicht richtig schliessen). Die Betten sehr unbequem. Der Frühstücksraum extrem eng und nicht wirklich gemütlich.

Tv deed niet...als je zoveel voor een kamer betaald verwacht je toch wel iers meer

4 bedden in een hotelkamer voor 2personen
Vreselijke schimmel plekken in de hoeken van de kozijnen en douche (zie foto's)

Radiator in de douche was al 5 jaar aan vervanging toe(de bescherming/verf viel eraf zie foto)

De douchekop is er gewoon bij aan geknupt met een bindbandje (tayrib)zie foto

Kwamen draden uit het kozijn(stroom) zie foto

En dan nog het ontbijt

Brood in een plastic krat/bak(foto spreekt voor zich)
Geen tot weinig beleg(foto)
Er was gewoon niets

Ik snap niet dat dit soort uitbaters 3 sterren kunnen krijgen

Communicatie is 0 kunnen zich slecht verstaanbaar maken en heel onpersoonlijk

Ik ga hier nooit weer heen en zal het niemand aanbevelen en zou graag ons geld weer krijgen

Håbløst ringe hotel, book et andet for guds skyld

Beliggenheden, resten var håbløst!

Cons:

Nedslidt, uforskammet og uprofessionelt personale, morgenmaden blev ikker serveret, de dukkede slet ikke op med morgenmad.
Værelserne var nedslidte, møgbeskidt under sengene.
Blev lovet at der var parkering med i bookingen, det var der så ikke alligevel.

Ingen respons fra overnatnings stedet - trods utallige beskeder over 5 dage.
Vi ønskede at afmelde vores booking - da vi fandt et sted hvor vi kunne bo de 2 sammenhængende nætter vi skulle være i og omkring Salzburg- vi havde afbestillings forsikring - og havde netop gjort stedet opmærksom på dette - så det var ok hvis de ikke ønskede at afbestille uden gebyrer - trods dette blev alle mine beskeder ignoreret - så hotellets manglende respons var uforståeligt - og på ingen måder kundemindet!
Selv booking.com kunne ikke komme igennem på telefonen eller via mail - først ved tjek in, på overnatnings dagen, lykkedes det booking.com at få fat i stedet - som ikke ønskede at vi afbestilte vores ophold. Det havde været rart at vide 4 dage forinden - så vi slap for at bruge tid på det under selve ferien. Det tog alt for meget af tid fra vores ferie - som kunne være ordnet inden vi skulle af sted - mega ærgerligt!

Rengøring, vi sov ikke på hotellet, men i en lejlighed da der var noget galt med hotel værelset, som jeg nægter at tro på..jeg tror at det er en fidus. Lejligheden var i en opgangen i bygningen og der var ikke rent.

Easy to find, near to the Salzburg main train station HBF
Pros:

The hotel's location was excellent and made it easy to explore the surrounding area, with convenient access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. The property was clean, well maintained, and comfortable throughout my stay. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, making the overall experience pleasant and enjoyable. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to others.

Cons:

The breakfast area was quite small, and during peak hours it became crowded. We often had to wait for a table before we could sit down and enjoy breakfast, which was a bit inconvenient and took away from the overall experience.
