Pros:

The staff were very helpful and friendly. They were able to accommodate me when I arrived earlier than expected. The location was in the perfect spot. It was not far from everything I wanted to do. Literally a 20 min walk to Old San Juan.

Great service and location, but the lobby shouldn't be left unstaffed for the price of the night
Pros:

The location is great very close to Old San Juan and the airport. The room perfectly matched my expectations; it was incredibly quiet, and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The customer service was great, but I was disappointed to find out that the lobby staff is split across three different locations. While they did message me ahead of time to coordinate my arrival, it was difficult to provide an exact check-in time, and I forgot to give a final heads-up right before arriving. For the price per night, there really should be a dedicated staff member in the lobby at all times. The employee working was wonderful, but having one person cover three properties just isn't enough. Additionally, there was a hairdryer missing from the room.

Pros:

The hotel is great, you can walk to Old San Juan (about 20 mins). Same distance to the very nice beach.
It was very quiet. There are 2 parking lots to the left from the hotel.

Pros:

The Room was good for us. But the floor and the bathroom was not clean. We wish there was a microwave oven to worm up the food. Everything else was good. The stuff was very helpful and cooperative.

Excellent boutique hotel. Highly recommend
Pros:

The staff were very attentive and friendly and extremely helpful. The lady who checked us in even walked us down to the coin laundry and showed us the shared business centre space we could wait in with free wifi and comfortable seating.

Cons:

The hallway to the rooms echoes due to the tile floor but that’s being really picky as we found the hotel excellent.

The right fit for my needs.
Pros:

Staff was very responsive and friendly. The location was very convenient. If you enjoy walking, its a 15 minute walk from Old San Juan area (or just 4 minutes driving). The room was clean. Comfortable beds. Its perfect for minimalist travelers.

Cons:

The bed sheets were clean, but stained.
