Good stay but with little tweaks could be a great stay.
Pros:

Great location, the Dyson fan was a great addition in the warmer weather. Staff were so friendly.

Cons:

Free lounge no tea available even though boiling water wouldn’t be that hard to put in a box of teabags also the chocolate was out the entire time we were there. Bed were very hard and not very comfortable.

Pros:

Room was big enough for 2 people, reception staff (Sam) was absolutely wonderful to deal with and she was genuinely helpful and considerate. Facilities are basic but clean. Can't really fault for the price. 5 min walk to canary wharf station. Cannot really fault this place, it's really good.

Cons:

No AC but they give you a fan that does a good enough job.

Clean room and in a good location, easy to get to
Pros:

The area and the lay out of the room and good sized bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful it’s also close to some bars and Wholefoods. Room was clean and bed was comfy.

Cons:

One of the towels were not clean and there is no air-con but you can open the window and there was a Dyson fan in the room which helped with the heat and lack of aircon. The refillable shower bottles need cleaning, I had to unscrew it to get the shower gel out as the pump wasn’t working that’s when I saw it hadn’t been cleaned. Looked rusty on the inside. Should probably be replaced.

Pros:

Lovely bed room, great view, staff excellent, lovely location. It was incredibly hot which was only downside but for most of the year that wouldn’t be a problem.

Cons:

No aircon during London heatwave. Quite pricey so was surprised to not have this but it is London price! They did put a Dyson fan in the room though.

Recommended!
Pros:

Excellent location for someone like us that were attending a show at the O2 arena, just one stop away using the underground. Very quiet and clean zone.

Cons:

Places to eat outside close early. Nothing more to notice.

Cons:

Super hot rooms! Dyson fans are not a replacement for good air conditioners! Literally every window in the building was opened with fans sometimes placed outside.( Arguing that happens only a few times a year isn't an option)

Great place to stay for a short stay in London. Highly recommend.

The location was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room had everything you need and including a Dyson fan during the heatwave was a godsend!
