Pros:

The area and hotel was excellent as where all the staff .the rooms where clean and had all necessary facilities. There where two tube stations within easy reach.

Cons:

The only complaint was the bed wasnt the comfiest

Excellent place to base yourself for a few days in London
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay at Vertus Edit Canary Wharf. Excellent location, lovely rooftop area, great coffee and very attentive staff. Really great place to stay if you are there for business in London. Very easy and quick commute to the centre of the city.

Cons:

Nothing - it was perfect.

Pros:

The hotel was exceptionally clean. The room and bathroom were perfectly prepared for our arrival. The room was very well equipped, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The surrounding area is beautiful, with plenty of greenery as well as convenient shops and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this hotel.

Clean and modern room
Pros:

Room was clean and modern. Close to a lot of good food places and there was a morrisons nearby too. 10 minutes walk to underground station which was fine.

Great location, very clean but no air conditioning so rooms extremely hot

There is no air conditioning which in the summer makes the rooms extremely hot. It’s difficult to sleep in the heat

Overall a great stay for comfort and location with easy access to O2 and Elizabeth Line.
Pros:

Location, staff, cleanliness, facilities, communal areas

Cons:

Minimal hot drinks in the room, unable to adjust ac, water bottle provided empty and didn’t fit under filter tap on 12th floor, toiletries bottles pumps didn’t work very well and hair products not great (especially the conditioner), no tea towel or w/up liquid. Not enough clean cups or glasses in communal areas.

Cosy night on the wharf
Pros:

Loved the location as it was a short walk to the tube and surrounded by beautiful gardens, outdoor seating, and cafes/restaurants. The rooftop lounge was a nice touch, perfect space to chill or work, and the free oat lattes were much appreciated. The room was a good size with a fully equipped kitchen. The bed was comfy, and the shower had a decent pressure.

Cons:

The shower head wasn't fully clean it had limescale on it. The staff were helpful and friendly they were having WiFi issues which was out of their control, so I wasn't able to get my room key yet, but when i went back down to the lobby there was a man who I assumed was the manager and when I walked up to the desk I stood for a few seconds he just said hello. I said, "Is it still not working he said no, and I felt that he should have communicated better than just hello and no. This may be a small thing, but customer service is everything as it forms part of the whole experience. The lounge was great but feel it needed some serviettes to help if anything spilt when using coffee machine and addition of an ice machine would elevate the facilities.

non c’é l’aria condizionata e le finestre non posso aprirsi completamente per far entrare l’aria, e poi nella stanza c’era solo una sedia malgrado i due posti letti

Gorgeous place to visit , far away from city center caos but very well connected
Pros:

We love the location, the room was amazing very well decorated with the necessary equipment and clean.

Cons:

During our visit London had a really hot weather so the rooms were pretty warm and the fan did work but we’re still missing the ac 😮‍💨
