Pros:

Huge appartment. Well decorated. 15 mjnute drive from the Airport and parking right in front. Flexible check in.

Cons:

The amount of soft furniture meant it felt a little musty/dusty.

I restful first night stay in a clean and quiet place close to the airport.
Pros:

Riad Appart Arwa was very clean and spacious, excellent value for money. It is convenient for travellers who need a stay close to Marrakech airport. The breakfast was good and plenty to start the day, and fore me an a friend this was ahead of starting a 4 day trek to ascend Mount Toubkal.

I left my phone charging cable at the Riad Appart Arwa and only realised when towards Imlil, I contacted Yassine at the Riad Appart Arwa anbd he said he'd found it.

When I was back in Marrakech on the Monday evening at a different Riad Yassine helped courier it over to me - which was great, thanks Yassine!

Cons:

Water pressure in the shower could have been better, as it was a little bit under powered.

O Yassin nos recebeu muito bem e cuidou de nós durante toda a estadia! Foram muito simpáticos conosco e sempre dispostos a ajudar. O café da manhã foi ótimo, a simpatia, o apartamento, etc. Recomendo!

Nice apartment if you want to be close to the airport.
Pros:

It’s an amazing apartment, it’s clean and organized. Super big and charming. The decor is traditional and pleasant. The staff is very kind. Yassine gave us recommendations on what to do in Marrakesh.

Cons:

The main problem is the location. The apartment is a bit far from the city center - about 20 minutes by car, in a bit of an isolated area behind the airport.

Tutto perfetto, Yassine SUPERHOST
Pros:

Vicinanza all'aeroporto per i primi voli della mattina.
Zona tranquilla, piena di famiglie e bambini che giocano nella pacifica piazzetta sottostante.
Yassine gentilissimo e super disponibile: ci ha organizzato i trasporti e portato la colazione alle 4.30 del mattino con vera spremuta di arance fresche.
Appartamento molto spazioso e impeccabile in stile tipico.

Cons:

Manca un kettle per caffè/tea.

Excelente relación calidad precio
Pros:

El alojamiento es espectacular, bellamente decorado, y muy cómodo. Tiene una terraza superior muy cómoda y muy bonita tanto para desayunos como para cenas. La atención del propietario fue exquisita y nos atendió en todo momento y nos ayudó en todo aquello que le pedimos facilitándonos la estancia.

Merci Yassine super accueil et très bons conseils
Pros:

Nous avons été accueillis par Yassine, qui parle très bien le français, avec un thé à la menthe, bouteilles d'eau...qui a été super du début à la fin. Il a su répondre à toutes nos demandes et nous donner d’excellents conseils pour notre séjour. Il nous a même commandé un taxi, car conduire à Marrakech peut vite devenir compliqué avec les nombreux embouteillages. Le chauffeur nous a déposés directement près de la place Jemaa el-Fna, ce qui était très pratique.

L’appartement est grand, propre et joliment décoré. La place de parking juste devant est un vrai plus, tout comme la proximité avec l’aéroport.

Le petit-déjeuner était excellent, avec des produits locaux, et servi sur le rooftop : un moment très agréable pour commencer la journée.
C'était très bien !

Juste petit bémol pour le lit très ferme

E’ grande e in stile tipico marocchino. Il ragazzo ci ha accolto con molta gentilezza. Bello il terrazzo per la colazione.

Cons:

La zona è molto angusta. La camera era piena di tappezzeria dalla dubbia pulizia.

Riad bellissimo e pulitissimo, enorme perché praticamente è un vero e proprio appartamento, letti comodissimi. Il proprietario Yassine è un ragazzo d'oro, la sua cortesia, gentilezza e il suo sorriso ti illuminano la giornata! Colazione fantastica e cena con tajine di pollo ottimo (assolutamente il migliore che abbiamo mangiato durante la nostra permanenza in Marocco)! Riad a meno di 10 minuti dall'aereoporto e a meno di 10 minuti dal centro!

Niente, il riad è perfetto in tutto!

Pros:

The suite was huge, with 2 bedrooms and 2 living rooms plus the bathroom. The host was nice (we even got a welcome mint tea when we arrived). The location is close to the airport but a bit further from the medina.
