Lo que más nos gustó fue el trato que recibimos por parte de la gente que trabaja en el hotel, en especial por parte de Jorge y Trixia. Viajábamos con mucho equipaje y bicicletas y les estuvimos molestando frecuentemente con la custodia del equipaje, las cajas de las bicis y mil cosas más. En ningún momento perdieron la sonrisa y nos ayudaron en todo.
La temperatura del agua caliente de la ducha
La cama suave y calientito.
El mantel de la mesa del cuarto, pero ya por un tema estético. Se vería más fancy si fuera de otro tipo. Pero todo bien.

Habitaciones completas, amplias y cómodas. Tiene gimnasio, buen personal y buen desayuno. Lo único que está un poco lejos del centro y que en nuestra habitación había una ventana que no se podía tapar y entraba la luz.

Es war von A-Z super! Kompetent und freundliches Personal, spricht gut Englisch, gut organisiert. Super Room Service, Zimmer sehr sauber und gepflegt, super Gym es war einfach alles top!
Es war leider etwas weit zu Fuss in die Altstadt, jeweils 20-25min pro Weg. Ist aber gut machbar.

O hotel possui uma localização muito boa, limpeza excelente, funcionários muito gentis e prestativos.
O café da manhã é ruim, só oferece pão com ovo OU queijo e presunto, não pode pedir a mais, é contado dois pães. Nunca vi café da manhã de hotel nesse formato.

No air conditioner,pretty hot during the day. There was one night there wasn't hot water in the shower, I had to notify the desk to turn on the electric heater
