A lot of rules not written on booking. I mean A LOT! Stickers everywhere to tell you what todo or not to do or you’ll be fined.. Even the decoration is a rule disguised as wall decoration. You will find it everywhere!

EDIT: Now the host is threatening to evict me before my checkout date, for sharing my experience (host gave an extension outside of booking.com, have proof). No substitute accommodation provided. I planned my whole trip around this. Stay away from this place.

I was assured that because it is on 27th floor, it would be quiet and comfortable stay. But not one night has passed, where we didn't get woken up in shock, with people slamming doors, talking loudly or someone dragging furniture in their room. The "curtain" barely blocks the light, and the SM mall/nearby buildings are buzzing with bright lights all through the night. We didn't even have blackout curtains. The one we got after a few days, is not a blackout curtain. It barely blocks any light or heat.
Then, the hygiene: pillow smell like dust, towels smell, utensils were clearly not cleaned, glasses had mold on it. Fryer, pans had grease, oil and food residues from who knows how many days/weeks. When we bring up these issues, for the noise, "well we can't control everything :)" - even though I specifically asked about this before booking (just tell me the truth?), and for the hygiene, "we are about to change cleaning staff" - why were they not changed BEFORE we checked-in? Or is it okay to let us live in this mess? I was pushed to write this scathing review, when the host was evasive for so long. I have my limits too. Threatening me won't work either. Host is evasive and rude, when all the issues with the apartment are pointed out. Has happened with some other reviewers too.

I don't understand the ratings other gave: whether they lived long enough to notice or didn't care. I can't help but think if there was lapse in service just because of my nationality and the "better apartments" are reserved for other folks. Regardless, for this price, there are much better options available, with less stress.

Le logement est indiqué pour 4 mais clairement c’est du sport ! Il n'y a plus de place des que le matelas est sorti et il faut sortir table de nuit pour pouvoir mettre le matelas

Quite cramped for 5 people

There is no supply of water during our stay due to the typhoon, but the host is very kind she allow us to move to her another unit🙏

The elevators takes very long to arrive.

Lift is quite busy on rush hours. So it is better to make plans and avoid unnecessary use of lifts.

We didn't really mind washing up some cooking utensils, a bit of a grease on pan and ladles, but it's okay, it's not a drama for us, we usually wash them first before using.

The towels and the Lenin were poor quality
