Not pleased at all for the price paid

Cons:

On our first day, we ordered food from the restaurant (pizza and pasta). Halfway through eating, I realised the pizza was undercooked and still raw in parts, so I stopped eating it. The following morning, both my Mum and I suffered from food poisoning and upset stomachs.

We also had issues with the hot water. When we wanted to shower, there was no hot water available, and the same problem occurred the next morning. An engineer eventually came and fixed it, which confirmed that there had been no hot water from the start of our stay.

To make matters worse, there was no phone in the room, so there was no way to contact reception when issues arose. Reception is also not staffed during the night and early morning, which made it difficult to get assistance when we needed it

In the afternoon, when we returned from Jozani Forest, there was no Wi-Fi available at the resort. Although the receptionist greeted us when we arrived back, nobody informed us about the outage.

Breakfast was also disappointing. For the early breakfast, we were given plain bread and fruit, with no butter, jam, or other options. The regular breakfast was not a buffet as we had expected, but instead a very limited set menu. For a resort of this type, we expected a much better selection.

Die Zimmer und der Pool sind toll.
Pros:

Die Zimmer entsprechen europäischem Standard und sind klimatisiert mit ordentlichen Fenstern. Keine Stromausfälle, da es einen Generator gibt.

Πολυ άνετα δωμάτια, η υπηρεσία καθαρισμού ερχόταν καθημερινά. Η πισίνα ήταν πεντακαρη, δεν μπορω να κρίνω το εστιατόριο γτ γταν εκτός εποχής η επίσκεψη μας και δεν υπήρχαν άλλοι άνθρωποι.

Cons:

Λόγω εργασιών δεν υπηρχε απευθείας πρόσβαση στην παραλια, βέβαια υπηρχε δωρεάν μεταφορά με tuk tuk από το ξενοδοχείο

It's a good quiet place... Comfortable and relaxing. Extra facilities like the gym, spa, grocery store etc...

Beautiful gardens, the pool and nice food... The staff were amazing, Happiness gave us a warm welcome, her customer service was excellent.

Cons:

Breakfast took long to be served and the pillows need to be softer

The comfort and cleanliness was exceptional. The staff were helpful and super friendly. Thank you Happiness, you were a star and made sure our stay was enjoyable. Pool was divine and the massage was awesome.

Pros:

Het was heerlijk rustig en al het personeel waren super vriendelijk. Alles was super schoon en elke avond komen ze sprayen in de kamers. Wij willen Happiness bedanken voor de gastvrijheid en het warme welkom die we hebben gehad.

Bardzo dobre śniadania i inne posiłki podawane przez wyjątkową obsługę począwszy od kucharzy. Wyjątkowa czystość i praca obsługi ośrodka. Praca ogrodników dbających o piękno roślin. Czysty i sprzątany codziennie basen.

Cons:

Problem z dostępem do plaży. Można było przechodzić przez teren sąsiedniego resortu wyłącznie dzięki uprzejmości ochrony.

Modern, well maintained and looked after rooms that are cleaned every day.
Friendly staff, amazing food and great facilities. Complimentary tuktuk to take you to the beach which is a 5 minute drive. The nearby beach is the most incredible snorkeling spot at the Blue Lagoon, so the location is perfect.

Personeel is zo vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We werden naar het strand gebracht en gehaald, nauwelijks wachttijd. Goede tips voor mooie sunset. En goede breng- en haalservice toen we uiteten gingen bij the Rock

We loved the privacy of the pool, the layout of the villa and the beautiful trees and flowers on the property.

Cons:

The location was a little far from the local village, and it is difficult to find taxi/Tuktuk on the street. The hotel staff are very helpful in organising transport though.

Cons:

Ontbijt, was om eerlijk te zijn bijna niet bestaand.
Zeer beperkt menu, waarvan veel niet op voorraad was.
Je mocht ook maar 1 ding van het menu kiezen, dus bijvoorbeeld een paar crêpe of 2 eitjes.
Beide is dus niet mogelijk, dat is toch echt te weinig voor een volwassen persoon.

Great hospitality- Homely
Pros:

Friend staff, great hospitality. Good hygiene standard. My husband and I enjoyed the food in resort restaurant more especially iron casted sizzling dishes.

Cons:

Everything was great, we were satisfied with everything. The receptionist lady by the name Happiness made sure was comfortable and made sure that we settle very well. Restaurant stuff the two gentlemen, Isaac and the other gentleman, the ladies Jessica, Julia, Catherine were also very friendly. We felt like we're home.
