The location is very good, the private pier is an added plus, the staff was very warm and friendly, and went out of their way to accommodate and gave excellent recommendations, the only thing is that the rooms need to be updated a bit, the AC was not working very well, and it did not feel luxury, although it is part of the small luxury hotels of the world...

Nous avons choisi cet hotel afin de pouvoir arriver à leur propre embarcadère - parfait surtout avec gros bagages et dans un chaleur très haut.

Cons:

Le baignoire/douche était dangereux - ca glisse malgré un fond soi-disant 'anti- glisse' usé...
On entendait la téle de la chambre à côté !
Eteindre éclairage centrale compliqué. Pour aller au lit avec seulement lampe de chevet, il fallait éteindre chaque gros lampe du salon un à un !

Amazing stay in Venice - highly recommend

What an amazing location, on the Grand Canal, yet sufficiently far away from the crowds. A few steps away from La Fenice, the Venetian Opera House.
Staff is amazing - could not ask for more.
