الطاقم رائع والأسلوب راقي
إطلالة الغرفة جميلة
المكان قريب لمطاعم والسوق

Everything is great
Pros:

It was a wonderful experience for me. The hotel is centrally located and easily accessible. Upon arrival, the reception staff greets you with a smile. The hotel areas and my room were very clean. Breakfast was also good. I will definitely come back

موقع مميز، لكنه لا يصلح إلا للنوم فقط وليس للاستمتاع بالإقامة فيه
Pros:

* الموقع في قلب منطقة (الكاشستو) ودقيقة مشي عن المطاعم العربية. ومنطقة الكاشستو بشكل عام يغلب عليها العرب طوال السنة.

* سهولة الدخول والخروج. وقرب الجامع.

* التكييف لا بأس به.

Cons:

بشكل عام من الظلم مقارنة طرابزون بالمدن السياحية الأخرى؛ لأنه يغلب على المدينة الطابع القروي، حتى لو كانت هناك محاولات لتغيير هذا الطابع، فطبيعة السكان من الصعب تغييرها، لأن تقبل الأجنبي ليس بالأمر السهل. وعلى هذا الأساس فسأذكر الملاحظات التي تخص الإمور الفنية في السكن :
* الأسرة والأغطية يجب تغييرها. والعناية بها أكثر.
* السباكة في الحمام - أجلكم الله - تحتاج صيانة وعناية.
وبشكل عام فإن الفندق لا بأس به. إذا كان للنوم فقط.
