My mother had a wonderful stay at Hotel Sunce. From the very first email before her arrival to the follow-up communication after her stay, the service was exceptional. The staff were incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely cared about making her visit special.

Her room was comfortable, spotless, and offered a beautiful sea view. The hotel is located right in the heart of everything, with restaurants, music, and the promenade just outside, yet the room was surprisingly quiet, allowing her to relax and sleep peacefully.

A special thank you for arranging a personalized welcome note for her, even though this is not a standard hotel service. It was a beautiful gesture that touched her deeply and made her stay unforgettable.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for genuine hospitality, outstanding customer service, and a relaxing stay by the sea.

Hotellet har ett fantastiskt läge, är rent, har god mat och personalen vid receptionen är väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam! Städpersonal gör sitt bästa för att hålla hotellet rent! Kan rekommendera detta hotell!

Cons:

Jag ville ge ett högre betyg till hotellet, men det som påverkade att det blev ett lägre betyg var bemötande från medarbetaren som är ansvarig för parkeringen. Han hälsade inte, svarade på ett väldigt otrevligt och nedlåtande sätt. Något liknande har jag inte upplevt någonstans! Väldigt tråkigt att detta är första intrycket när man kommer in och att hans otrevliga sätt sänker det goda arbete från andra duktiga och trevliga medarbetare!

Tetszett a szoba tágas jól felszerelt, az ételek finomak változatosak voltak, közel a tenger nagyon tiszta rendezett minden.A parkolás is kiváló az üzletek is közel vannak.A tenger vizhőmérséklete is nagyon jó.
