Efficient and professional staff
Food quality is good
The door of bathroom is at such a low height, it hit my head during exit/entry. Luckily, I just escaped from serious injury.
Also, the place where toilet paper is kept, is not at all correct. Entire paper roll gets wet when one take bath.

Room was clean and well furnished. The staff were generally helpful. Location was close to the WE Highway.
The Room was too small. I was allotted a Pod, whereas my booking was for a single room with bathroom. The Booking.com post description was misleading, as it does not mention the word "pod", nor does it mention the dimensions of the room.

Size of the room and bed
Neat room, well placed items in the room. Water, tea coffee, payable snacks,,TV channels and ac.
Washroom was neat, hygienic, had all necessary traveller required amenities. .
Travelled solo and room was compact.
Breakfast options were good and decently spread out. With Veg and non veg options. Loved it.
Room was too small, the space between between was too narrow. It looked as if sleeping between two walls.
Security guard manning the entrance was not provided with a chair to sit. Add to it the Mumbai summer heat and directly facing the road and dust. This undermines hospitality.
