Rooms with jacuzzi do not have elevator.
Great location, very close to Taksim and İstiklal Street. The hotel offers excellent value for money and was definitely one of the best choices for our stay. Special thanks to Ahmed for his kindness, professionalism and great help throughout our stay. Also, the housekeeping lady was very friendly, welcoming and always smiling. Overall, the staff were professional and at a very good level. Highly recommended!

Nada más llegar, por “accidente” nos dieron una habitación que no era la que reservamos.. tuvimos que bajar a reclamar para que nos dieran la habitación que correspondía. Cuando bajamos, nos dijeron que la habitación que reservamos no estaba lista (llegamos más tarde de las 14:00, que era la hora del check-in) y tuvimos que estar esperando casi una hora.
Para nuestra sorpresa, al entrar vimos paredes muy sucias, mobiliario bastante viejo y poco cuidado.
En nuestro caso, tuvimos la desgracia de que a los veinte minutos de entrar (tras haberse equivocado de habitación y esperar a que limpiaran la que nos correspondía) tuvimos que irnos por una emergencia familiar de mi esposa, a lo que pedimos por favor ver si era posible hacer la devolución del importe, aunque tuviéramos que pagar un poco o la comisión de booking por la reserva. Nos dijeron que “iban hacer todo lo posible” y que ese mismo día por la tarde, nos escribirían para decirnos si era posible. Lastima que por las prisas y la situación de la emergencia familiar, no echamos fotos ya que nuestra prioridad en ese momento fue buscar vuelos lo más rápido posible para volver, pero créanme que lo que digo sobre la habitación es totalmente cierto y que no tengo ninguna intención de menospreciar, si no de plasmar la realidad que vivimos.
No nos respondieron a pesar de escribirle nosotros, y para no hacer la devolución y tras solicitarla a través de booking, ya que apenas estuvimos ni 20 minutos en la estancia, se esperaron a propósito hasta tres días después para denegar nuestra solicitud.. Nada recomendable y muy poca empatía
Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, especially Khaled, who was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile.

I had multiple problems in the hotel.. thanks to the receptionist Khaled I had at the end a better permanence.
I hope they will fix the things in the hotel, cause I am sure you can offer more.
Ideal situation next to Taksim Square. Lots of small cafes offering nice Turkish tea and meals. Khaleed at the reception was very helpful and friendly and made his upmost to help or to guide.
