Perfect uptown getaway
Pros:

Amazing staff and comfortable and well air conditioned rooms especially for Phoenix and was upgraded. The restaurant and store is always wonderful and love the location to the light rail and Roosevelt Row

I will book again.
Pros:

The balcony was wonderful. Sunrise, mountains, sunset, traffic, people, so much to see!
The space is open, AC is perfect for hot Phoenix and windows, the shower was wonderful, water pressure and hand held. The restaurant and bar are excellent. Very efficient friendly staff, food was terrific.
Front desk available and pleasant.
AND my dog was welcome

Lively and lovely place!!
Pros:

Cant say enough about his great the staff is!! Food was amazing and not over priced. The place is unique and interesting. Beds comfy. Room arrangement perfect and cozy!! Easy on and off to light rail.

Loved the hotel but some of the services did not meet our expectations
Pros:

Steven on reception was very welcoming and friendly .
The bar staff all friendly
The hotel is modern with quirky artwork.
and our room was lovely and quiet with the metro stop right outside

Cons:

We couldn’t use the pool as planned due to it being used for a private party which we hadn’t been told about. House keeping was poor . Restaurant staff didn’t meet our expectations

Pros:

Neat art work. Comfy beds. Cool industrial feel.

Cons:

Staff were short. Not necessarily rude, just not really helpful or caring.

There’s no one to help with luggage, and the “luggage carts” they have are these weird ikea bookshelf things. They’re ridiculous, and not useful for luggage at all. Seems like they’re trying way too hard to be hipster with them and just being dumb.

I booked a suite, and let me just say if you’re with a friend, don’t. They have very open showers, that you can see into from the entire room. Also, there were 5 sinks in the room. Why? Why do you need 5 sinks in the room? It makes no sense.
