Excellent breakfast.
* The receptionist was very polite and professional.

Cons:

The room was not clean enough. There was dirt on the wall in the children’s room, and the sofa had several stains.

The breakfast experience was also very disappointing. Although there were plenty of available tables on the terrace, the staff insisted on seating us inside, where there were almost no other guests. This made us feel excluded and embarrassed, especially since there were still many empty tables available on the terrace. We asked to speak with the manager because we could not understand why we were being treated differently. We were told the terrace was reserved for an event at 9:30 a.m., but no event took place, even though we stayed until 10:00 a.m. We never received a reasonable explanation for this treatment.

A perfect stay—I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back!

Everything was excellent! The hotel was very clean, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a great variety and everything was delicious. The atmosphere was relaxing, and I really enjoyed my stay.
