Pros:

Lovely friendly helpful staff, quiet location off Main Street, large room, very close to restaurants and coffee shops. Next door to travel agent. Water and laundry available onsite.

Cons:

The two single beds were a bit too firm for us. I don’t think all beds were we were just unlucky.

Pro: warm water and nice bathroom

Cons:

Cons: we got the two beds option and they were genuinely the hardest beds we’ve ever slept on, the floor was is softer. We stayed here after my boyfriend was discharged from the hospital and during check in, the receptionist berated him for not understanding her accent. Please be kinder to guests next time, no need to belittle guests for not being able to speak Vietnamese well, we are trying our best :(
