Pros:

Great Location, breakfast, quite nights, and the owner Harry is very kind, helpful and yet professional. Highly recommend to visit Ephesus and Selçuk.

Pros:

Gospodarz bardzo przyjazny i pomocny.
Bardzo dobra lokalizacja zarówno do muzeum Efezu i do świątyni Artemidy kilkaset metrów. Również bardzo niedaleko przystanek dla autobusów zabierających pasażerów do wykopalisk starożytnego Efezu. Również niedaleko do centrum miasta.
Pościel i ręczniki czyste i w każdej chwili do wymiany.
Śniadania obfite, jarskie z warzywami i owocami – wystarczające.
Taras (śniadaniowy) daje możliwości odpoczynku nawet w upalny dzień ze względu na ruch powietrza.
Wszystko zgodne z opisem.
Dobry stosunek ceny do zapewnionego komfortu.

Memorably warm welcome and exceptionally good value - thank you, Harry
Pros:

This was one of the best places I have ever stayed. The location is marvellous, with wonderful views from the terrace over Selcuk and towards the ancient sites of Ephesus, which are in fairly easy walking distance. The owner, Harry, is exceptionally hospitable and helpful, generous with his time, travel advice, lending guide-books. Breakfast on the terrace was delicious and plentiful. The room was comfortable, although simply furnished, and it was very good value for money. The bathroom was clean and modern; there was good hot water and air conditioning.

Cons:

We liked everything, though a few more hooks for towels or an additional shelf would have been useful in the bathroom.

Pros:

Très bon rapport qualité prix ! Le petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse rend le séjour exceptionnel ! Harry est très accueillant.

Cons:

Great location in a budget hotel with friendly staff

Pros:

This is example how to do hospitality in this price range. We could feel experience of our host, Mr. Harry, starting from talk upon arrival, breakfast, nice room, cleaniness, travel advices, etc. Hotel is up the hill but it was not hard hike, breakfast is not buffet breakfast, but it did not mind at all. Nice view from terrace. Hosts are trying to help you with whatever you wish. Close to everything. Thank you and i can only recommend this place to stay.

Location, storks, swallows, all were great!
Pros:

What I find original about this place is that you feel like you are transferred in time to the hippie era of the late 1960's, with both the look, the congeniality, the feeling. It's great! Add to it the serenity that the storks ( they are everywhere, it's fantastic!) give by just being there. Even the swallows give a sense of happiness. Breakfast was great, and served in the upstairs hall, which gives a wonderful view of the surrounding area.

Cons:

The room was modest but functional. The air conditioning worked very well, which made it all fine, considering the stifling summer heat.
