Super séjour familial
Pros:

Nous avons eu un super accueil du personnel. La maison a beaucoup de charme. Nous avons adoré la piscine. Le personnel nous a donné plein de supers adresses de restaurant.

Cons:

L’eau de la douche n’est pas très chaude.

O lugar é bonito.

Cons:

As janelas do quarto não abrem. O quarto é muito abafado e sem iluminação natural. É sufocante ficar muito tempo dentro do quarto. O chuveiro só tem água fria. O chuveiro fica na entrada do banheiro antes do vaso sanitário e não tem nenhum pano e/ou rodo no quarto para secar o chão do banheiro depois do banho, gerando risco de escorregar.

Pros:

La pousada est très mignonne, plus jolie qu’en photo. La piscine est très agréable et la chambre confortable.

Cons:

La rue est très sale et pas très sécur… on a passé une très mauvaise nuit, il y avait de la musique très forte dans la rue jusqu’à 2h du matin et une alarme qui s’est déclenchée deux fois à 6h du matin…
Je vous déconseille de choisir une chambre côté rue.
Pas de réception et personne pour nous accueillir mais tout est très bien expliqué.

Très bien dans l’ensemble
Pros:

Havre de paix dans le centre historique, la piscine et le jardin très appréciables après une balade dans la ville. C’est exactement ce qu’il nous fallait.

Cons:

La machine à laver est vieille et obsolète. Elle aurait besoin d’un nettoyage désinfectant, il faudrait même la remplacer. Le personnel a eu la gentillesse de nous offrir un peu de lessive. Linge non essoré, nous avons dû relaver dans une laverie. Dommage car ce service aurait été un véritable plus.

Sistemazione nel centro storico di Sao Luis, struttura antica, piuttosto spartana, ma pulita e ampia. Piccolo giardino piacevole e curato.

Cons:

Pontos a melhorar: iluminação do quarto e banheiro: trocar cortina do banheiro por box e disponibilizar cobertor leve para dormir.

Surpreendente, lindo e confortável.
Pros:

O Ambiente interno é lindo e muito confortavel. A estrutura do quarto é perfeita. Fica muito proximos de lugares interessantes do centro histórico.

Cons:

Senti falta de um frigobar no quarto e de ter alguém por la para poder perguntar coisas pessoalmente.

Pros:

Giardino incantevole, dove siamo potuti stare a lungo anche dopo il checkout. Stanza spaziosa e molto pulita. Non c'era la colazione ma ci è stato indicato un ottimo bar nelle vicinanze (3 minuti a piedi).

Pros:

Pousada située en plein centre historique, avec un tres joli petit jardin et piscine agréable. La chambre familiale avec deux lits double et un lit simple est spacieuse et pratique.
L’établissement n’a pas de personnel comme indiqué, néanmoins ils sont très réactifs par téléphone, il nous manquait des serviettes et nous les avons reçues très rapidement.

Cons:

Insonorisation très mauvaise et surtout salle de bain plus que rudimentaire avec mini lave main comme lavabo, et douche devant les toilettes séparées par un rideau mais on ne peut pas y aller sans marcher dans la douche…

Pros:

Pousada tres bien tenue et au calme dans sao luis. Le petit jardin fleuriest tres agreable avec sa petite piscine, tables et hamacs pour se reposer.

Cons:

Il y a une cuisine a disposition mais ce serait sympa de proposer des petits dejeuners.
