Pros:

Localização excelente, muito próxima ao centro histórico e restaurantes.
Quarto amplo e silencioso, nos findos, em meio ao verde do jardim, repleto de pássaros e flores.
Cama e chuveiro muito bons.

Cons:

Falta de sabonete na pia, ar condicionado vazando água para o piso.
Ao lado da pousada vimos uma pessoa usando crack, mas isso está fora do controle da pousada.
Faltou uma tv para assistir jogo do Brasil.

Schöne stilvolle Zimmer
Pros:

Sehr schöne stilvolle, alte Unterkunft mit Stil. Sehr schöner grüner Innenhof mit Sitzmöglichkeiten und Hängematten, dazu ein netter kleiner Pool. Es schwirren Kolibris herum - eine Oase!

Cons:

Unpersönlich, man kommt per WhatsApp und Code rein. Keine Leute die man etwas fragen kann. Die Zimmer werden, obwohl recht teuer, nicht geputzt und in den drei Tagen in welchen wir dort ware, haben wir 1x eine Putzfrau gesehen und konnten ihr den Korb mit dem gebrauchten Wc-Papier bringen…
Da stimmt Preis/Leistung nicht.

Excelente e autêntica hospedagem que fizeram eu esticar a hospedagem em São Luís!
Pros:

A localização no centro e a estrutura e independência que o hóspede tem na hospedagem. É muito bom e os quartos são gigantes e muito bem equipados.

Cons:

A hospedagem foi realmente ótima! Tem uma padaria excelente e super tradicional a 1 quadra para tomar café e um café hipster na frente. Só funcionam até sábado, então mesmo as reviews que falam de não ter café da manhã, não me fariam ver o Casarão como uma opção ruim. Pelo contrário, a liberdade de ir e vir tornam ótima!

Pros:

amamos a hospedagem, confortável, com cara de casa e o nosso quarto estava muito limpo, além do ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente juntamente com o ventilador, camas confortáveis e toalhas muito boas.

Cons:

a única coisa que temos a "reclamar" é sobre o café da manhã não estar incluso, pelas proximidades não há cafeterias que abrem cedo, precisamos caminhar mais pelo centro histórico para encontrarmos uma cafeteria que abrisse antes das 8h.

OK, numa próxima fico em outro bairro
Pros:

Casarão enorme, conservado, ambiente lindo e antigo. Condiz com as fotos. Pé direito alto. Atendimento pelo WhatsApp rápido, cordial e eficiente.

Cons:

O quarto estava limpo mas o colchão, travesseiros e toalhas tinham um cheio de roupa velha guardada. Infelizmente o centro histórico está meio abandonado então a vantagem da localização acaba virando um revés, não por culpa do estabelecimento mas do poder público

Soggiorno ottimo
Pros:

Soggiorno molto piacevole. La struttura è curatissima, in particolare il giardino è davvero ben tenuto e la pulizia è ottima.

Lo staff è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile: dopo il check-out ci hanno permesso di usufruire della piscina e dell’area esterna mentre aspettavamo il nostro volo. Hanno anche custodito i nostri bagagli, avvisandoci quando è arrivato il transfer, e ci hanno dato la possibilità di fare una doccia nel pomeriggio prima di partire, dopo essere stati tutto il giorno in giro.

Il self check-in è stato molto comodo e ben organizzato, con indicazioni chiare sia per entrare nella struttura sia per trovare facilmente la stanza.

Nel complesso un’esperienza davvero positiva: struttura consigliatissima per la cura, l’organizzazione e la grande gentilezza dello staff.

Lovely place, quiet and close to the centre.
Pros:

Lovely clean room, good AC. Hammock outside. Close to the centre.

Cons:

Workman, laying in a hammock, around the corner from our room, didn’t know I was in the hammock, and he was snotting and spitting on the floor, multiple times. I did comment but he ignored me, until one of the cleaners pointed out I was there, then he got up and went back to “work”
