Gezellig huiskamer ontvangst, centraal gelegen , mooi huisje op een schitterende locatie
Pros:

Prachtig uitzicht, gezellig en leuk huisje met leuke inrichting. Eigenaars echtpaar zeer vriendelijk en er wordt heerlijk verfijnd gekookt met goede wijn.

A quiet base for activities around Sapa - I would much rather stay here than in the main town.
Pros:

Beautiful bungalows in a quiet location with gorgeous views when the clouds clear - but still lovely even in the mist! Tony and Mai were very gracious hosts and their food was delicious, especially the nourishing pho we had for breakfast daily.

Cons:

There was a bit of construction noise here and there during our stay but nothing overwhelming, lots of development happening nearby but Rosie House seems to be on a nice quiet little pocket about 15 minutes outside of Sapaโ€™s busy centre.

SaPa Rosie House & Spa is the perfect getaway for views, trekking and escaping the hustle & bustle of SaPa Town.
Pros:

Tony & Mai are the heart & soul of SaPa Rosie House & Spa.
Their level of care for their guests is wonderful and are happy to assist in whichever way they can.
Rosie House sits in the mountains of SaPa offering spectacular views of the mountains and the valley below.
Itโ€™s perfectly situated for those wanting to take a local guide and trek down into the valley through local villages.
The food offered in the restaurant is of a very high standard and the breakfast is the same.
The cottages are full of rustic charm and sit within the landscape perfectly.
There was everything we needed for a very comfortable stay.

Best homestay in Sapa!
Pros:

Very beautiful place to stay, delicious food, amazing views and the hosts Mai and Tony are so caring and warm-hearted. Big recommendation, we would love to come back!

The best time
Pros:

There's not enough space to describe the beautiful time we had, but I will try..
Tony and Mai are such an amazing people, the food Tony cooks is incredible and the hospitality Mai create is true from the heart.
We spent 6 nights at their retreat and we wish we stayed longer..
I and my family had the best time.. starting with the beautiful bungalow, the food, the view, the massage, the bee wax session, the local track..
So ๐Ÿ˜ if you're going to Sapa you need to stop at Tony & Mai place ๐Ÿซถโค๏ธ it's no a recommendation its a tip for your happiness.

The staff was super friendly. They let us check in early without charging extra.

Cons:

The laundry service at 100โ€˜000 VDN / kg is very bad. Our clothes were stuffed into a bag unfolded while still warm, meaning we had to fold everything ourselves and our clotes are super wrinkly now. Regarding the fact that they charge triple the price than local laundry services, we expected a much higher level of care and service. Definitely not worth the extra cost.

Best stay in Sapa
Pros:

The accomodation is superb, the hosts are very friendly and welcomming! Tony and Mai treated us and all their customers with so much attention and kidness! We really enjoyed our breakfasts and dinner. I am in love with Sapa's mushrooms cooked by Toni. My husband is an Italian chef and he was impressed by Toni's cooking skills. Mai's ginger tea with honey is the best. The herbal massage I had at Rosie House was most relaxibg treatment so far. The team of buffaloes passing by near our terrace made us feel deeply involved into rural life of Sapa's surroundings.

Great location 10 minuten grab drive from the city
Pros:

Great place to get out of the sometimes chaotic Sapa, lovely hosts and great views!

Cons:

Beds might be a bit on the hard side, but this is personal preference

Pros:

Sehr schรถne Anlage mitten in der Natur. Herrlicher Ausblick auf die ReiรŸplantagen und sogar ein Ausblick auf den Fansipan. Von hier aus kann man gut in die umliegenden Dรถrfer laufen und sich von Grab zurรผckbringen lassen. Einfach unterhalb des Eingangstores los laufen. Die gefรผhrten Touren kommen hier auch vorbei.
Der Hotpot hat sich sehr gelohnt!!!! Und auch das Frรผhstรผck ist super lecker. Toni und May sind sehr herzlich und helfen gerne bei der Vermittlung von Touren oder auch der weiteren Reiseplanung (Bus, privates Taxi).
Auf jeden Fall alles sehr zu empfehlen.

We had a wonderful stay at Sapa Rosie House. Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish!

The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. Our bungalow was lovely, with a breathtaking view of the rice terraces. The breakfast was delicious, and the spa was the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring Sapa.

The bungalow had such a peaceful and beautiful atmosphere, and we truly felt taken care of throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend Sapa Rosie House and would happily stay here again! โค๏ธ
