Please not booking this hotel
Pros:

Pls give me refund becouse of the dirty room and the facilities uncomfortable

Cons:

Due to these unacceptable conditions, I was unable to stay comfortably and decided to check out at approximately 1:00 AM.

I have attached the payment receipt together with photos/videos showing the room condition as supporting evidence.

I sincerely hope you will review this matter seriously and proceed with a full refund as soon as possible
