Location was good for the kelpies
Was super needing renovated - for the price per night we were expecting a really fancy stay and it was anything but that unfortunately

Not enough towels, a bit run down , bedside light did not work but we were told it was fine.
Staff are wonderful, so friendly & helpful. Everywhere was very clean & facilities were excellent. Bed Very comfortable. Hotel very dog friendly. Breakfast selection was very good. Great to have Cook's Bar & Kitchen so close for evening meals.Location really good, lovely walk to The Kelpies & handy driving distance to Falkirk Wheel
Only minor niggle is no bin outside or nearby for dog poop. No accessible general waste bin out back that we could find.

It’s in a great location for helix park and any concerts or festivals held there.
Overpriced (probably due to demand for concert accommodation) and the rooms smell damp and musky.
The room was very spacious with lots of character, the bed was excellent and the bathroom was spacious.

The hotel is in a good location plenty of parking the staff were very helpful. The food was good only had the breakfasts but they were excellent and the service very good.The room was spacious and the beds comfortable.
The main complaint is the room we were booked into room 6 thats had a big noisey kitchen fan outside the window. We got moved to room 3 that was better but had a hopeless showers that the fan in the bathroom was really noisy. Also some parts of the room looked worn out dust behind the bed and cupboards. Not really deluxe as we paid for.

The hotel is lovely, clean and up together. It was perfectly located for the Kelpies and the Falkirk wheel. We had evening meal in the adjoining pub, excellent value for money and really tasty. Breakfast was couldn't be faulted, Megan and the girls looked after us really well. Nothing was too much trouble.
