The lift in the Garden Wing was out of order
The haggis & black pudding seem to have been deep fried and were far too greasy. The mushrooms were disappointing
PdJ très bien
Repas en dehors de l'hôtel
Breakfast ess excellent. Room was lovely
No bin in bathroom. Flusher on toilet not easy to use.
The location and it looked quaint, breakfast was very good
I told the gal our room was a garden view she said there was no guarantee, when I looked at my printed out reservation it said garden view, we had a view of a bush. The room smelled like urine, the beds were very hard, the lady at the front desk wasn't very friendly, we asked her for directions, she gave them to us then when we asked her to write them down she just said them to us again. None of the outlets worked except one behind a table we had to move. The bathtub was very slippery, the towel warmer didn't work.
The room was rather dated
Excellent specious rooms.
No mini fridge / mini bar.
La proximité avec les Kelpies.
De locatie is erg industrieel en langs de grote weg
Excellent location, well appointed bedrooms, good food and great staff.
Excellent location, easy walk to the Kelpies.
Good dinner at Cooks Restaurant and excellent choice for hotel breakfast. All the staff were helpful and welcoming.
Our king room in the Garden wing was fabulous.
Lift wasn’t working and our room was on first floor. Fortunately we can carry our bags but may be worth noting for others!
The meal we had was delicious
Comfortable beds, friendly staff
Slightly outdated decor
Easy parking, accessible spacious room with good beds, friendly staff. We liked the on site restaurant Cooks Bar and Kitchen. The hotel is close to the Kelpies.
Bathroom had bath only, no walk-in shower. Bar service only on request.
Rooms were very comfy beds excellent size too along with a very pleasant bathroom
Lift didn’t work in the garden view so carrying bags upstairs wasn’t great
Friendly staff, clean hotel, perfect location for us to start our holiday heading north.
