Restaurant, plenty of parking, very clean, nice room

For the price we paid, we djd not expect to pay supplements on breakfast or in the restaurant.

Fantastic evening meals, with good menu. Delicious breakfast.
Wonderful friendly staff, always helpful and smiling -if busy.
Lovely rooms, some with sea views. (Next time we visit that’s my aim). On this occasion it was a last minute find and a very good one. We will return - oh how I wish I lived closer so I could eat here often!
Nothing! Nothing not to like. (But some rooms have many stairs).
Lovely building just a tad dated. The room was comfortable and clean. It lacked plug sockets though. The only 2 there were not best placed. Other than that it was fine.
There was nothing else nearby. The hotel/ restaurant was isolated. You needed to drive if you wanted to go anywhere else. However the main attractions eg the Kelpies etc are only a short drive away
Frühstück war gut, das Zimmer an sich auch in Ordnung. Recht geräumig.
Wenn es etwas gibt, dass wirklich nicht barrierefrei ist, dann dieses Hotel. Man muss die Koffer nicht nur Treppen hoch schleppen sondern auch durch mehrere Brandschutztüren... das ist mehr als nur sperrig gewesen. Mit Baby im Gepäck... also... eher schwierig.
The staff, especially in the restaurant, were great. Travelling solo, I'm often offered the worst and smallest table in a restaurant: here I was given excellent table for 4 (ate there on 3 occasions).

Comfortable bed.
Only 2 X 13 amp sockets , no usb. Other sockets were v old 3 round pin.

The room was expensive, hotel definately profiting for concert audiences. Next time we will drive and park in one of the many many industrisl estates close by.instead of staying over

The room was very outdated, with a lack of electric sockets, lack of mobile phone charging facilities, the room badly needs an upgrade.

Het bed. We hadden de executive room genomen met het grootste bed. Leek zacht maar bleek oud springverenmatras met een bekbed erop als topper.
Lovely, traditional hotel, walking distance to the Kelpies.
