El desayuno estaba muy rico, estuvimos 2 días y variaban algunos platos, lo que se agradece bastante. Fueron muy amables y serviciales, nos ayudaron con las maletas y nos ofrecieron café mientras esperamos.
La habitación es enorme, te dan todo lo necesario.
Las vistas desde el rooftop son muy chulas.
Le personnel est extraordinaire, serviable et aimable à toute heure. La chambre est absolument magnifique ! On est à 2min à pied du centre ville. Le rooftop est très bien conçu (peut être juste rajouter une zone à l’ombre pour la journée ?) et le matin c’est magnifique avec tous les ballons.
Le petit déjeuner est extraordinaire (salades, pomme de terre, omelettes, pains variés, confitures, gâteaux, fromage etc), vous n’aurez plus faim de la journée !

It’s in a great location, and the owner is very friendly - he took great care of us and provided tremendous recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. Also, the breakfast was fantastic! Great views from the rooftop of the morning balloons!

Ottima posizione, a pochi passi dal centro.
L’orario indicato per il check-in - sia dal sistema di Booking che dal messaggio inviatomi dallo staff post avvenuta prenotazione - era 00: peccato che, il giorno dell’arrivo, mi dicono che la stanza non sarebbe stata pronta prima delle 12:30 (ci è poi stata consegnata alle 12).
Lo staff alla reception non era particolarmente cordiale: ogni qual volta veniva chiesta un’informazione, c’era un velo di seccatura nelle risposte.
La ubicación. La habitación es muy amplia y buen equipada, hasta el baño tiene bañera de hidromasaje y la cama es comodísima. El desayuno no es buffet. Te lo sirven en la mesa y tiene mucha variedad. El personal es muy agradable. Berk, el recepcionista, te ayuda con todo lo que necesites y puedes contratar las excursiones a buen precio con él

Sehr schöne Dachterrasse, klasse Zimmer, gutes Frühstück und nettes Personal. Was will man mehr.
La ubicación es increible, se encuentra muy cerca de todo. El hotel tiene buena relación con los centros de actividades y Berk nos lo gestiono todo genial, tanto el tour del globo como la excursión en quad.
Además, al ser una cueva la habitación se notaba el fresquito.
