Wouldn’t advise, want a refund!
Pros:

Had facilities like a gym and pool although they weren’t in the best position in terms of upkeep.

Cons:

NO HOT WATER FOR HOURS! rude and unhelpful staff! Badly kept facilities. Slow lift! Cleaners just made bed, didn’t clean properly.

Pros:

La atención de Sabina muy buena desde el inicio, tambien Gwyneth fue super atenta y nos recomendó muy buenos restaurantes.
La piscina interna y el spa superbuenos.

Enttäuscht
Cons:

Personal Unfähigkeit wir haben eine Suite mit jacuzzi gebucht das wir nicht nutzen konnten da die Mitarbeiter vergessen haben ihn früh genug aufzuheizen. Trotz Nachfrage beim check in. Mitarbeiter wollten die Schuld noch auf uns schieben Frechheit. Kann ich keinem Weiterempfehlen

Okay aber nicht besonders.
Pros:

Der Wellnessbereich drinnen und draußen hat uns gut gefallen. Er war nie überfüllt. Das Becken war jedoch ziemlich seicht. Der Fitnessbereich war top! Das Zimmer war auch okay, bis auf kleine Makel. Das Personal war echt zuvorkommend und nett.

Ich finde, dass jedes negative Kommentar hier auf booking.com auch berechtigt verfasst wurde. Wir sprechen von einem 4 Sterne Hotel- natürlich kann man maltesische Standards nicht mit österreichischen oder deutschen Standards vergleichen, jedoch würde ich gerne auf einige Aspekte eingehen. Das Zimmer war, wie bereits erwähnt, klar und deutlich als Zimmer angeschrieben, das kein Fenster hat- war für uns okay! Das Einzige, das ich wirklich bekritteln muss ist die Geräuschkulisse aus den anderen Zimmern. Die letzten zwei Tage unserer Reise waren quasi andauernd von unseren Nachbarn gestört worden. Das Hotelpersonal hat jedoch versucht irgendwie zu helfen- vergeblich! Des Weiteren kamen aus der Lüftung im Zimmer auch sehr grausige Gerüche (Eierduft) heraus. Die Sauberkeit war auch teilweise grenzwertig (Flecken im Bett). Der letzte Punkt, den ich noch gerne ansprechen möchte ist der Aufzug. Der wirkt mit der Anzahl der Zimmer sehr überfordert. Wir haben ihn bis zum letzten Tag echt nicht wirklich verstanden.

Overall i would recommend.
Pros:

Spacious and nicely furnished rooms. High quality of dinner.

Cons:

Slow and inexperienced staff in dining room. At least twice they always came to ask who ordered what and once they forgot to bring a drink
