Pros:

The staff were very helpful and obliging. The location was great and we had tram stop right outside the apartment. They were very good as they ran every few minutes.

Cons:

Didn't like the fact that the cleaning hadn't been done properly. There was a ladies top under the bed along with a very dusty floor. Also black marks on tiles which I removed. Otherwise it was ok.

Excellent location
Pros:

Awesome location, just a few minutes walk to the beach and shops/restaurants. Loved the spa, sauna and pool. Staff were very friendly. Lots of parking in the free underground carpark. Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

Toilet hadn't been cleaned. No spare rubbish bags. Could do with new furniture. No major problems.

Great location but average cleanliness
Pros:

Location was exceptional. Walk out the door and the tram services are right there or walk 10 minutes and your in the heart of Surfers Paradise.

Cons:

The apartment is dated and does need a decent upgrade and for a two bedroom apartment things like utensils, cups, glasses where sparce and the cleanliness was very average. I ended up cleaning it myself the first day we arrived. Granted it isn't a hard thing to do however when your paying for a service you expect basic cleanliness. Wiping surfaces and sinks and a proper vacuum should be easy enough for cleaning staff.

Clean, tidy and great location.
Pros:

Great location, walking distance to Cavill and Broadbeach. Lovely canal view and very clean and tidy building overall.

Cons:

The rooms was very dated and in desperate need of an update. But otherwise well appointed.

Pros:

The space was self contained and it felt really comfortable and safe. Good facilities. Next to the tram stop. Perfect location for beach and other amenities.

Cons:

Work going on opposite was noisy. I was out most days so it didn't worry me too much.

Great location but needs some updating.
Pros:

Loved the location and facilities. After hours check-in went smoothly although I did have to phone for instructions as none had arrived via email. Bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The apartment was not very clean and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. The living room furniture was uncomfortable and stained.

Staff are very good , No cpmplaints with the manager at all.

Cons:

Yes i had asked for a quiet room, but at time of booking i was not informed that a high rise building was under construction. opposite to where i stayed. There is major civil works taking place with drilling and piling works with constant noise from
6.30 am to around 5pm work inclusive on saturday. The apartment i stayed in faced those civil works and constant noise did not allow me to keep the doors open to the balcony owing to this noise. The furniture inside is very tired and should be replaced. The location is great but i would need to find alternative accomodation on my next gold coast trip until the construction works are completed.
