the location is good too many pine trees everywhere and the room is decent.

Cons:

There is no AC in the room as the temperature outside is cold and inside is hot and you cannot open the windows due to presence of mosquitoes. Also didnt like the unwelcoming attitude of the security guard.

Deceiving
Pros:

None.

Cons:

First of all, it was disappointing. Very not worth the amount I paid for the stay. We stayed because we can't do anything about it.

1. Comparing the photos you included in the app (booking.com), even in your Facebook account, there's now way I am looking at the same room.
2. The bed/linen and pillows are itchy and dirty.
3. Sofa is so dirty and has a lot of stains
4. The CR has a lot of used shampoo packs. Even the mirror is not properly fixed.

You can't tell me that this room is being maintained because its obviously not. This unit is not really worth the price I paid. The room and cr look like rooms in a horror film. Your postings are so deceiving.

need some Improvement
Pros:

I did not plan to stay one more day but, I chose to stay here for two days Instead. anyway, overall it was just ok not that bad, except the closet for the clothes. there is no closet inside the room and the host was responsive and kind enough to accommodate my Inquiries so, thank you for that till next time again!🙃

Cons:

I notice the paint in the bathroom is quite old like there is a (mold) maybe it's time to repaint it. so, it will maintain the cleanliness and also I didn't like the one on the rack inside the toilet, it's quite annoying to flush the toilet. It should be removed so, it will be hassle free to flush the toilet and also there are few plants Inside the unit, not a fan of it I guess.😅✌️

Pros:

this place is good not that bad except for the closet, there is no closet to hang the clothes but, there is an extra mattress plus a sofa bed even though I'm just alone. anyway, the host was responsive and kind enough.🙃

A staycation indeed.
Pros:

The balcony area.

Cons:

The parking. We paid 2 days parking for a certain parking space number but on our 2nd day, they gave the parking space to someone. Although the guard on duty resolve the issue properly.
