Carino in posizione comoda e centrale
Pros:

Struttura centrale e vicina a tantissimi ristoranti. La stanza è grande e il letto molto comodo.

Cons:

Peccato che stanno ristrutturando i pavimenti dei corridoi, ma non è comunque stato un disagio. Non c’è ascensore e la colazione è decisamente migliorabile.

Great room. Good value me expectations completely what you see in the pictures is what you get.
Pros:

The staff is extremely friendly. The communication is great. I'm an English speaker with not much Arabic and they were very very good about communicating, both face-to-face and on WhatsApp. Any concerns I had were dealt with by upper management and they were dealt with quickly with good communication. I'm mistakenly left a night behind in the room and they were very good about making sure that it got back to me.

Cons:

What could've gone better is that I was traveling with a friend and colleague. It was really a business partner, and we were initially told that we couldn't share the room together because we were two males and that was really bracing for me because I've never encountered anything like that. Given the neighborhood, the location, the country, whatevr I now get it, but I do not expect that anywhere when I book a room so I raise concern with the management and it became a non-issue but initially I thought we were gonna have to change or cancel due to this so if you're traveling with two males, whether it's here or anywhere in Aman, be aware that may be a problem

Mooie kamers en een heel goed ontbijt
Pros:

Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze zijn er altijd, er is een 24uurs receptie. De kamers zijn met mooie kleuren ingericht en het beddengoed is netjes. De matras was voor mij te hard om goed te slapen.
Het ontbijt wordt gegeven in buffet vorm en ik vond het erg goed, ook de prijs was goed. Ik kon een vriendin die in Amman woont, uitnodigen voor het ontbijt (tegen betaling uiteraard). De buitenruimte is voorzien van een keuken, interessant voor wie zelf wil koken of ontbijt wil maken. De binnenruimte/ontbijt zaal is erg leuk gedecoreerd. Het is door foto's van die ruimte dat ik het het hotel heb willen boeken. Er is parkeerplaats voor een 5-tal auto's vlak voor de deur en in de straat naast het hotel is er ook voldoende plaats om te parkeren. Ik kon de auto daar veilig achterlaten en er is ook een camera die de straat voor het hotel overziet. Parkeren is trouwens gratis.

Cons:

Afgaande op de reviews dat het hotel rustig gelegen is en je fijn op je terras kan zitten om te genieten van de avond heb ik meer betaald voor een kamer met terras. Nu, dat klopt niet, de kamers met terras liggen aan de straatkant en op de 1ste verdieping. Erg dicht bij het verkeer dus. Het was in het weekend en tot na middernacht was het erg druk op straat.
Verder vond ik het tapijt in de gangen erg oud. Het was misschien heel proper, maar doordat het zo oud was leek dat minder fijn.
