أود أن أتقدم بجزيل الشكر والتقدير لإدارة هذا الفندق الرائع على التجربة الاستثنائية التي حظيت بها. كان كل شيء يفوق التوقعات، بدءًا من النظافة العالية التي كانت واضحة في جميع أنحاء الفندق، وصولًا إلى جودة الخدمات المقدمة.

أتوجه بشكر خاص إلى موظفة التنظيف Nihal التي قامت بعملها بكل احترافية واهتمام، وكانت الغرفة دائمًا نظيفة ومرتبة بشكل مثالي.

كما أشكر موظفي الاستقبال Ferat وEmircan على حسن الاستقبال، والابتسامة الدائمة، وسرعة الاستجابة، والتعامل الراقي الذي جعل إقامتي أكثر راحة.

كانت الغرفة واسعة جدًا ومريحة، وهو ما أضفى شعورًا رائعًا بالاسترخاء. كذلك يتميز الفندق بموقع ممتاز، حيث إنه قريب من جميع الخدمات ووسائل المواصلات، مما جعل التنقل سهلًا للغاية.

كانت إقامة رائعة بكل المقاييس، وسأكون سعيدًا بالعودة إلى هذا الفندق مرة أخرى، وأنصح به بكل ثقة لكل من يبحث عن الراحة، والنظافة، والخدمة الممتازة.

Wir kommen wieder !!
Pros:

Äusserst freundliches Personal. Alle geben sein Bestes und helfen, wie sie können. Herzlichen Dank an Alle.Bett war sehr bequem und Klima-Anlage nicht zu stark wie in vielen Hotels , dass man in Metropolitan gut benützen konnte. Lage perfekt. Tram- und Bushaltestellen sind in der Nähe ...Galataport und Karaköy Hafen sind auch nicht weit weg. Zimmer sind sauber.

Frühstück war ok. Weil ich keine Filterkaffee vertrage, bekam ich andere Kaffee umd automatisch nach ersten Wunsch. Das ist Qualität.

Cons:

Gefallen ist falsch, es wären einige Sachen zu optimieren. Zahnglas im Bad fehlte. Kühlschrank im Zimmer ist zu warm. Fön muss man fest drücken, dass es funktioniert und es dauert sehr lang, bis Haare trocken waren. Frühstück ist ok, aber wenn man eine Stunde vor dem Schluss zum Frühstück geht, hat man nicht mehr viel übrig. Nächstes Mal würde ich Frühstück nicht buchen. Aber Service war extrem freundlich.

Etwas laut am Hauptstrasse, aber das ist halt Istanbul. Lage ist halt central und gute Verkehrsbindungen sehr nah

Meerdere keren deze hotel gekozen
Pros:

Locatie is uitstekend, dichtbij de metro en op wandelafstand van Galataport, waar je kan shoppen, eten & drinken en genieten van het mooie uitzicht aan de Bosphorus. Personeel is heel vriendelijk en betrokken. De kamer was heel proper & hygiënisch wat voor ons heel belangrijk is. Als je een kamer met uitzicht op de Bosphorus boekt zal je geen spijt hebben! Super uitzicht.
Receptie medewerker Ferhat doet zijn werk uitstekend! Bedankt voor alles! Tot de volgende keer.
