Un lugar tranquilo pero con cosas por mejorar
Pros:

Es un espacio tranquilo y confortable, es como aparece en las fotos, queda retirado de San Gil y se logra el objetivo de desconexión, la comida es muy buena y variada siempre la señora que nos atendió estaba preocupada por darnos gusto en la comida.

Los pájaros fue lo mejor siempre están presentes en todo momento y llegan a saludarte a la habitación

Cons:

Una de las noches llovió bastante y la habitación tenía varias goteras, informamos pero no tuvimos mayor apoyo, no pudimos dormir esa noche ya que las camas estaban mojadas por las goteras.

Estuvimos varios dias y no observamos que se le hiciera mantenimiento a la piscina y el jacuzzi, más allá de retirar hojas.

Instalaciones pequeñas, pero comodas

Cons:

Las personas que atienden son muy amables, la administración deberia tener presente que son una minicadena y deberian tener sus uniformes. Hace falta minimo una persona que se encargue de las zonas húmedas y zonas comunes... la piscina se ensucia y el jacuzzi igual porque no hay un preenjuague antes de ingresar y por ende entra la suciedad

Está bien localizado y excelentes vista.

Cons:

Al realizar la reserva me hicieron pagar un excedente al llegar allá aún teniendo ya definido un valor en la reserva de booking, por el simple hecho de que la hice con un número y cuenta internacional en €,.

Hotel campestre amplio, rico desayuno y comida, buen trato del personal, camas cómodas, habitaciones amplias, la carretera de acceso en buen estado.

Cons:

El wi fi en la habitación no era tan bueno, no habia agua caliente, el jacuzzi deberia ser por turnos para evitar las personas se queden todo el tiempo.

I was perfect in every way !
Pros:

The location, on a hill overlooking San Gil was awesome. The complete quiet and nature all around was perfect. There is a nice restaurant/bar a short walk down the road that makes a killer burger and the person that basically ran the hotel, cooked a great breakfast and every day she asked us what we would like.

Cons:

Warm water for the shower but I understand the problem.
