Cons:

check out was terrible, no one was there to help out with luggage. It took too long for the counter staff to check on our room and check on minibar use, despite us informing that we were already late for the flight, finally without properly checking for the items we used the counter staff charged us for the whole minibar.

Pros:

The name luxury is just is in the name

Cons:

Ordered some rice, got a mosquito in it. Ordered some coffee, it just curdled. After all this, I didn’t even feel like having breakfast at that place.

The rooms were nice and cozy. The pool is nice bjt small.

Cons:

The staff attitude is disappointing. You'll need to call them atleast 3 times for a bottle of water. The buffet breakfast was passable at best.

To Kochi with love

We had travelled as a family occupying three rooms and everything about this hotel is simply great. From it's central location, food, rates, cleanliness...we loved them all. It also was easy to find on the map. The location is also close to many shops and restaurants so you can't find just about anything you need.

The food rates were reasonable and our orders were served on time and the meals were tasty...only downside was the breakfast. The same breakfast option was served every day.

Cons:

Breakfast was buffet. It was ok but not great. While there was some variety, literally the same range of food was served everyday. They only served watermelon juice every morning. But other than that it was ok.
