Good location, but the room condition and maintenance issues made the stay uncomfortable.

The best thing about this hotel is its location in the center of Nizwa, with easy access to nearby attractions and services.

Cons:

Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. There was noticeable noise during the night, the shower was not functioning properly and caused water to splash outside the bathroom area, the toilet seat was unstable, and the room appeared dusty. These issues affected my comfort and rest, and I decided to check out after the first night despite having booked two nights.

Poloha hotela, sympatický personál, pohodlná posteľ.

Cons:

Hotel je umiestnený v historickom centre s výhľadom na pevnosť. Bohužiaľ, okná nie sú zvukotesné a v izbe je počuť všetko, čo sa deje na ulici a ani v noci nie je kľud. Zvonku je vidno do izby, ak nie sú zatiahnuté závesy. Parkovanie je vzdialené 200-300 m. Rozpadajúca sa stolička doplnila obrázok zmaru.

Pros:

Hervorzuheben ist die perfekte Lage des Hotels gegenüber vom Nizwa Fort. Unser Zimmer hatte sogar einen direkten Blick auf die Festung.
Öffentliche Parkplätze gibt es direkt vor dem Hotel. Es gibt die Möglichkeit, Frühstück zu bestellen, das in einem Bistro wenige Meter vom Hotel serviert wird. Das war sogar während des Ramadan möglich.
Zu empfehlen ist auch das Restaurant, das sich auf dem Dach des Hotels befindet.

Cons:

Leider gab es im Badezimmer keinen Duschvorhang, sodass beim Duschen das gesamte Badezimmer nass wurde.

Pros:

View was amazing, in the center of Nizwa Souq and the restaurants were nearby. The staff were very acomodating. Will defintely recommend this to anyone planning a visit to Nizwa. Ahmed at the reception was amazing and very resposnive.

Die perfekte Lage direkt vor dem Nizwa Fort gab dem Ganzen noch das I-Tüpfelchen. Wir können es für den nächsten Oman-Urlaub nur empfehlen.


The hotel was great, clean, and very quiet considering it was located in the city center. The staff, especially the receptionist, were also very friendly and helpful. The perfect location right in front of Nizwa Fort added the finishing touch. We can highly recommend it for your next vacation in Oman.

Lovely romantic place
Pros:

The place is incredible, comfortable, clean, the room is very nice and with amazing view.
Staff is friendly.
Location is very good, right in front of the fort and near parking spaces, close to the souk. It is also very quiet at night, we slept very well.
The rooftop restaurant is great, amazing view and very good food. Staff very friendly and nice.
Price was worth it, hopefully it stays the same!

Cons:

The only thing i can say, it would be nice to have a shelf or some support in the bathroom to put toiletries, bags etc
