Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at Sidi Hamad Pyramids View. The service was excellent and the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and always ready to help. The accommodation was comfortable, clean and had very good facilities. We also really enjoyed the breakfast and dinner, which included delicious, high-quality traditional food. Overall, we felt very well looked after and would definitely recommend staying here.

Pros:

Le personnel est incroyablement gentil (gestion familiale), le sourire et disponible.
La literie est très qualitative, nous avons eu le bonheur de séjourner dans une chambre toute refaite à neuve. La salle de bain est parfaite.
La terrasse à l'étage est très agréable avec une vue imprenable sur les pyramides.
Les repas sont copieux et de qualité.

Konumu çok güzeldi piramitlerin yanındaydı. Otelden piramitler‘e girmek için sfenks kapısını kullanabilirsiniz orada ücretsiz Shuttle kullanabilirsiniz. Kahvaltı çok yeterli ve keyifli.En büyük puan çok değerli Mahmut beye her konuda yardımcı oldu teşekkür ederiz

Mamhood e il suo staff sono da 10/10! Grazie ❤️

La struttura è situata a ridosso delle piramidi di cheope e kefren, le quali sono ben visibili dal rooftop, un panorama mozzafiato.
Ma la differenza la fanno Mamhood e il suo staff, delle persone davvero gentili e sempre a disposizione, non ci hanno fatto mancare nulla!
Mamhood per noi è stato davvero una scoperta e sicuramente quando ritorneremo in Egitto verremo ancora qua da lui. Con loro abbiamo prenotato tutte le gite dal GEM al Safari nel deserto bianco e nero, tutto perfetto, grazie alla loro costante presenza. Ci rivedremo molto presto, grazie mille e buona vita 😊

كانت إقامتي في هذا الفندق تجربة رائعة من أول يوم. الاستقبال كان في غاية اللطف والاحترافية، وجميع العاملين تعاملوا معنا باحترام وابتسامة واهتمام بكل التفاصيل.
الغرف نظيفة ومريحة، والأكل متنوع ولذيذ، كما أن الفندق يوفر شعورًا بالأمان والراحة طوال فترة الإقامة.
كانت هذه أول زيارة لي، وقد فاقت كل توقعاتي، واستمتعت بكل لحظة فيها. أشكر إدارة الفندق باخص محمود وجميع الموظفين على حسن الضيافة.
أنصح بكل ثقة بهذا الفندق لكل من يبحث عن الراحة، والخدمة الممتازة، والاستقبال الراقي. وبإذن الله لن تكون زيارتي الأخيرة.❤️❤️❤️

Horrendous, don’t come here

One of the hotel staff were more understanding and conversational however he is no longer working at the property

Cons:

The rest of the staff provided slow service, barely knowing any English, a nightmare for tourists looking for a fun time. Taps do not work, the location is in a sandy tip of a road. Room cleaning? Every 6 days. “All included breakfast”? Waits are so long that the dusty air fills you up instead. And not to mention the quality of the food. Left our family with upset stomachs for the whole trip. The food is the same everyday, often serving old food and leftovers from other tables . Internet is barely functional. Useless.
