Just okay for eat and sleep. Nothing more
Pros:

The best part is the location to the nearest business and IT offices. Room is just okay and bathroom is clean.

Cons:

Firstly it's not worth the price. First up WiFi connection is bad next to zero. No towels, water is chargeable, no cups or plate or glass. The cleaniness is just fine. It's a run down place. Don't expect anything much. It good for a place to sleep with ac. No tooth brush or paste or any other toiletries. Bed sheet are clean but mine had some stains. The staff helpful and will listen to you. The manager is an understanding and helpful person but the others are not so.
I had to pay for late checkout despite confirmation from them that it's fine to leave at 10:30 Am, while the official checkout is 12:00 PM because I have booked online.

Nice place to stay
Pros:

Room was beautiful, comfortable, neat and clean. Air conditioned . Facility of lift. Budget friendly, Water Purifier. These were available..

Cons:

Manual lock of door from inside was not given. Although door can be locked from inside. lock which was given to operate from inside that can be operated by key from outside even if it is locked from inside. I wish this to be improved.
