Cons:

When we arrived at the hotel, we did not feel comfortable with the environment. We noticed several people wearing masks and many couples gathered outside, which made the atmosphere feel unsuitable for families. As a result, we decided not to stay and booked another hotel instead. Based on our experience, we did not feel the property was family-friendly or safe, so we chose to leave immediately.

Nothing as i couldn't stay

Cons:

I booked the room via booking.com..after booking i called the property contact person to check if checkin at 8 am to check out at 8pm is available or not..he confirmed it is available..i travelled from chennai to mumbai and went to this site...i reached at 8am.upon reaching the site..the person whom i spoke with initially denied the entry at hotel saying all rooms are booked..the experience was really awful..the people are really unprofessional...i recommend not to chose this site

Nice stay it would be better if they can increase their complementary things just to atleast match other normal hotels.
