Cons:

The apartment has not been kept up to standard. Windows were not sealed and allowing for noise and wind to come through. No heating in the apartment with 1 gas heater which made it icy cold and unpleasant at night.

Cons:

I wanted to surprise my son and his family. We arrived to a siute that had just been slept in with crumpled beds. We strasped down to reception with kids and luggage. We were given a temporary, only the next evening we were asked to move upstairs. On arriving, the suite was smelling of dead rat. Windows were left open but it was unbearable. We strasped back down with luggage and kids and was give the temporary Suite again. There was a strong smell of Marijuana. We had not even unpacked our suitcases and left early the next morning.

Unfortunately the site did not have a notice on its listing that they require a cash deposit of R1 000.00. This needs to be shown when wanting to book. Thanks

The reception stuff made the stay worth while.
Pros:

My apartment was spacious and neat, and was overlooking the beach and had nice views of the Table Mountain (805).

Cons:

The overall property was a bit of a mess, the corridors, the left and the parking lot. I am not sure if there were renovations taking place or what was going on.

it was a good stay averall the staff did try and help us when we asked.
Pros:

the apartment looks good and its situated in a very nice location.

Cons:

the beds are old,wifi didn't work, there was no iron/ironing board,when we arrive we saw that they have someone to carry the bags but not for us and the tenants made a lot of noise and their smoke was choking us from our rooms

Disappointing becos of unruly other guests
Cons:

There were creepy Nigerians always noisy & staring at our lady guest. Made her uncomfortable & unhomely.
