Disappointing for a Hampton
Pros:

The bed was comfortable

Cons:

Elevator was not available from 4th floor. It was also a bit jarring riding it up, with sudden jerks after stopping and long delays before the door opened. The blow dryer in the room sparked and started smoking as soon as my wife turned it on. We brought it to the attention of staff but it wasn't replaced. Overall, it felt pretty run down for a Hampton.

Comfy hotel in the middle of Austin.
Pros:

The breakfast was adequate but needed to wait for the food since there was a lot of people.

Cons:

The Wifi failed to work unfortunately. Tried several times. Also one of the elevators was out of order for the duration of our stay. The other elevator was temperamental.
