First thing's first: stairs! Your bedroom is accessed by stairs - how many stairs depends on whether you're on the first, second or third floor.
We're all about cozy vibes and good times here, but we've got a few ground rules to keep the peace:
Noise curfew at 10 pm: Let's keep it chill after dark. No loud music or karaoke marathons, please. Our security team is on standby, and any disturbances come with a fee.
No parties in the rooms: Take the fun to the streets! Let's keep our neighbors happy and the CCTV quiet.
Smoking's a no-go: Main Street's the spot for a smoke break.
Keep it quiet after 10 pm: We're all about that serene vibe, even at night.
Check out by 11 am: Time to say goodbye to our cozy digs.
And if you ever find yourself locked out or in need of a helping hand, there's a number to call and a call out fee for that too.

Absolute little gem in the heart of Galway! Such a convenient location and so cute.
There is some vibrant street buzz below, but the complementary earplugs sorted that out.
This was a GREAT stay! The location is perfect, the Queen room we stayed in was much more spacious than I was expecting. Bathroom was small but clean and efficient. The housekeeping was a really nice touch, and the housekeeper was really nice. I plan on staying here on my next visit! It could be a bit noisy at night but I personally travel with a sound machine so it was not a bother for me, but they do provide eye masks and ear plugs!
The blinds/shades could be a bit darker to prevent the light from coming in, but eye masks are provided to help. and who wants to sleep the day away in Galway anyway!
The location was great. Initial access to the rooms was easy. Parking was within a 5 minute walk.
No elevator. I did not know this. It was difficult carrying our luggage up 4 flights of stairs in the narrow stairway. Had I known this I may have requested rooms on a lower floor.
Clean, comfortable and in a fantastic location. Would stay here again.
They advised that the cheapest parking available is beside the cathedral for €6.50 per day. Just to note that this has recently increased to €10 per day.

Central and nice room / decor. Easy to access.
Heating and cooling was poor. Unfortunately lots of road noise however provided ear plugs which was helpful.

Non abbiamo avuto alcun contatto con il personale della struttura, si svolge tutto online. Sono comunque gentilissimi e le informazioni sono chiare e dettagliate.
Il bagno è davvero molto piccolo e un pò datato, andrebbe sicuramente ristrutturato. Sarebbe utile mettere almeno la doccia mobile invece di un unico soffione a parete.
loved the quirkiness of the building and the little touches in the room (blindfold and earplugs next to our beds). Really comfy beds and extra beautiful, soft blankets if needed.
having to walk my suitcase up the 2 flight of stairs but I did know this was the situation before hand. also it would have been nice to have a unit or stoll in the bathroom to place clothes or make up bags on. there was enough space to have this.
