La ubicación
Los baños olían horrible y no tenia acceso directo a la playa el hotel muy caro para la calidad del servicio
La comida buffet y el servicio
El aire acondicionado no sirve en el restaurante ppal. Hacia mucho calor. Los baños en las habitaciones tenian mal olor al parecer por los cifones.

No es tan limpio, y huele muy mal por mal desagüe en la isla.

Es lamentable que vendan un alojamiento como de lujo, pero la piscina está en mantenimiento por ende, fuera de servicio, y el Hotel ofrecen una alternativa de playa que es terrible, sucia, mal atendida, incómoda, un desastre completo, el Hotel debería tener cerrada sus instalaciones, mientras remodelar la piscina, lamentablemente no lo informan antes de la reserva y prometen un servicio que no tienen como cumplirlo

Longe de ser um hotel 5 estrelas. Os travesseiros fedem a mofo. Os quartos também.
Café da manhã muito ruim. Com nenhuma opção de pão salgado (aliás, a única com pao salgado era pão de forma mas a sanduicheira era suja a ponto de dar ânsia de vômito).
Outra coisa: salada de batata com camarão sem placa avisando. Sou alérgica - quase comi. Fotos anexadas tanto da sanduicheira quando da salada de batatas com camarão (um alérgico como eu morreria se comesse).
The room was big and the air conditioning worked super good
I would not recommend this hotel. First at all the pool was not available and booking shared with me the information just the day after the expiration of my free cancelation. The buffet service was poor, drinks took forever and some products were not good and they smelled (particularly fruit and cheese). Since some renovations were in progress there was noise during buffet hours what makes impossible to eat in a good environment. Just one bar was open due pool works, reserves to the 2 restaurants were always busy, check-in took more than 1 hour, they never refilled my mini bar during all my stay. The AC at the buffet and bar was poor
