Pros:

Best value. Location was great near old temples and the provided shuttle to Grand Palace at 8, 10, and 12 made it easier to see that area. The room was clean and quiet. Service was amazing and they even provided snacks.

"Lack of assistance from staff after check-out.
Pros:

The hotel is located on a quiet street, making it peaceful and comfortable. By taxi, you can reach the heart of Bangkok in about 10 minutes.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the service changed after check-out. I had to struggle with the door while carrying my luggage, and although a staff member was watching, no one offered to help
