Please note there is a mandatory New Year’s Eve dinner supplement applicable to stays on the night of 31 December, payable directly at the lodge. The cost thereof is as follows:
Guests booked on Bed & Breakfast - USD 160 per adult and USD 85 per child
Guests booked on Half Board - USD 115 per adult and USD 60 per child
Guests booked on Full Board - USD 85 per adult and USD 45 per child
Children under 4 years will not be charged
The above child prices apply to children between the ages of 4 to 9 years old
The above adult prices apply to children from 10 years and older

What an absolutely beautiful hidden gem! The perfect getaway indeed - where one can switch off and truly just be one with the incredible beauty that surrounds you!
What did I LOVE?
1. Location is perfect! Ocean front and views to doe for! And you are surrounded by stunning historical monuments around you.
2. The Staff: what amazing, warm and beautiful staff you have at Chuini. So welcoming and hospitable.
3. Food - food is deeeeeeelicious!!!! Yum yum YUMMY! Breakfast was sooo good, dinner and lunch options even better!
4. Facilities: beautiful facilities - our room was as perfect as it gets! Wooooow. And I had access to a private beach from my room! STUNNING
there isn't anything I really didn't like..... but they can improve their WiFi facilities...... also please can they fix their cappuccino machines! And ensure they have ice cream for milkshakes (for the little ones). These arent material things .... these are fixable and will make the venue PERFECT 10/10.
One of the best places we visited on Zanzibar. The staff is friendly and the most helpful. The hotel is beautiful and gives off paradise vibes. The food and drinks are sooo great. The spa is also amazing. What is more, the hotel is situated among ruins and fisherman’s village which adds to the overall experience. Great sunset views. We recommend it to everyone!
1/10 – Den verste hotellopplevelsen jeg har hatt
Vi hadde bestilt seks netter, men måtte sjekke ut etter bare én natt. Dette er den verste hotellopplevelsen jeg har hatt.
Rommet var langt mer slitt enn bildene på Booking.com viste, og standarden samsvarte ikke med det som ble annonsert. Renholdet var svært dårlig. Vi fant insekter og insektrester i rommet og rundt myggnettingen, det var merker på vegger og gulv, og sengetøyet virket ikke ordentlig rent.
Vi klaget til resepsjonen og fikk et nytt rom, men dessverre hadde også dette rommet insekter, og toalettet fungerte dårlig. Problemene ble derfor ikke løst.
Vi kontaktet Booking.com, som hjalp oss med å avslutte oppholdet tidligere. Derfor bodde vi bare én natt i stedet for seks.
Jeg kan dessverre ikke anbefale dette hotellet basert på min opplevelse.
The views were beautiful and the location was not too far from downtown.
The owner herself came to ask about our stay which was lovely.
The food could have been more flavourful
The hotel is idyllic and peaceful and I loved the room and the sea view we had directly from our bed.
The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Overall it was very relaxing.
The hotel is now over 10 years old and you can see that in some areas, especially when compared to the pictures which look like postcards. But overall the facilities are still pretty solid.

El sitio es muy bonito, las camas muy cómodas y todo en general. La puesta de sol muy bonita
El agua no estaba embotellada cuando la pedimos y no tenían botellas de agua. Para un hotel de esas características no me gustó. Por lo demás todo muy bien. El personal se preocupo porque no nos faltara nada.
