A Place That Truly Feels Like Home

TUI Magic Life Sarıgerme is a truly beautiful and special place. I have been coming here every year, and in many years I have visited two or even three times. I stayed here again at the beginning of this summer and, as always, I was extremely satisfied.

Whether you visit as a couple, with your family, or on your own, the experience is equally enjoyable. The atmosphere is peaceful, respectful, and very well balanced. Even when travelling alone, you never feel isolated or uncomfortable. The staff make you feel welcome and completely at home.

The food was excellent, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding. I have never experienced any issues during any of my stays. From the moment you arrive until the moment you leave, the staff are always ready to help. Their friendliness and helpfulness feel genuine, not simply part of their job. Many of the employees have also been working here for years, which gives the hotel a warm, familiar, almost family-like atmosphere.

The water sports are fantastic. I go catamaran sailing almost every day, and this is actually where I first learned how to sail a catamaran. The evening entertainment and activities are also very enjoyable. Everything is handled with the right balance: the atmosphere is friendly and relaxed without becoming overly informal, and the staff are attentive without being distant or intrusive.

This is one of the main reasons I return every year, often two or three times. I have visited with my family, as a couple, and by myself, and I have always felt equally welcome. For me, it is much more than just a hotel—it is a place that genuinely feels like coming home.

Pros:

The resort was exceptionally well surrounded in an exquisite environment with sophisticated pavements through the tree area easily to reach either pools or the beach. Everything was continuously cleaned. The choice of food was top-notch with variety of fruit, vegetables, meat or cereals not forgetting les crèpes or waffles or chocolate fondue. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The foyer with the piano and sofas was in modern style.
The staff was amazingly willing to help enabling us to relax properly. The other advantage was that we could choose to sunbathe either on the sandy or grassy beach both uncrowded. The pool bars were great.

Pros:

Food was above average with a wide variety of options, including a grilled meat dish every day. The staff were friendly and attentive. Most guests were British and German. People were respectful and considerate, with no disruptive behavior during our stay.

Cons:

Drinks were the weakest point: only a limited selection of cocktails was included, while many others were charged extra, and the overall quality could be better. Overall, the hotel was neither particularly good nor particularly bad for the price paid. It was OK, but I would probably try a different hotel next time.
