Чудесен престой
Pros:

Много приятно и уютно място за престой. Рецепционистът беше изключително любезен и отзивчив. Стаите са чисти и комфортни. Има опция, ако желаете да си доплатите за-6.50 евро, като има избор и всеки може да намери нещо по свой вкус. Хотелът не предлага собствен паркинг, но в близост се намира паркинг Сердика, което е удобна опция за паркиране. Препоръчвам хотела.

Hotel war früher besser. Hat sehr nachgelassen. Übernachte da nicht nochmal!

Ich habe vor Jahren schon ein paar Mal in diesem Hotel übernachtet, wegen der zentralen Lage. Der Empfang war nett. Es gibt keine 24-h-Rezeption mehr, aber mit dem Code hat man einfachen Zugang rund um die Uhr. Die Fenster sind schalldicht, und mit extra Ohrstöpsel hört man so gut wie nichts mehr von der Straße.. ABER:

Leider hat sich die Qualität verschlechtert: Es ist furchtbar dreckig / fleckig. Die Teppiche sollten mal mit Teppichreiniger gereinigt werden. Und es sollten auf jeden Fall ein paar Dinge repariert und ausgetauscht werden. Aber das Schlimmste war, dass die Toilette nicht geputzt war, als ich das Zimmer bezog, und sowas geht einfach überhaupt gar nicht! Das war wirklich furchtbar!!! Auch die Matratzen sollten unbedingt sofort ausgetauscht werden: Sie sind nicht weich, sondern vollkommen durchgelegen. Meiner Meinung nach ist der Preis viel zu hoch.
