The room was very comfortable and quiet. The view from the room was great. Breakfast was excellent. All hotel facilities were excellent. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Os serviços são prestados por funcionários sem qualquer preparação em Escola Hoteleira. Apesar de ter 4 estrelas, por exemplo, o quarto não foi arrumado e limpo de uma noite para a outra. As toalhas para a piscina são pedidas, sem informação prévia, na recepção.

excellent hotel, excellent location, fabulous staff
Pros:

loved the location and the friendly staff.

Cons:

other guests putting towels on Sunday loungers before breakfast and maybe not coming back for hours. I thought we had moved passed this. there were notes on the umbrellas but no enforcement

Pros:

Great location - right beside the marina

Cons:

Staff weren't overly friendly - rooms and overall decor are outdated. Music being blared from pool for water aerobics after 11am every morning which was so unpleasant and noisy
