no toilet rolls or tissue paper provided. apparently I have to buy those from the reception desk

Nothing that I like I never stay there . The staff claimed I did not make any booking. She said I have cancelled but that was not true I have to look for another hotel. Surprisingly this review pop up requested me to filled up. What a joke!!

Cons:

My booking was being cancelled without proper notification. I drove all the way from Kl down to JB to know that I have no place to stay for the night. Have to drive back home after finished my visit the same day since no hotel available nearby. Very disappointed with this booking.
