It was okay.
Pros:

The staffs are very nice and helpful.

Cons:

The location is very convenient and close to the city. However, the entrance road is not in great condition, and there was often an unpleasant smell around the property, possibly from a nearby drain. We stayed for two nights, but the room was not cleaned on the second day. There is also no dedicated parking available. Overall, it was an okay stay, and a few improvements in these areas would make the experience much better.

Veldig hyggelig personalet. Var også med på matlagings kurs på hotellet som var en flott opplevelse. Veldig bra beliggenhet i forhold til byen.

I love the stay and it bring calmer and peace with that environmental Vibe
Pros:

I love on the room view and room facilities. breakfast also superb. host is super helpful.

Cons:

there is stair has to go for hotel from main road sometimes its hard to take that path in night time. door locks are bit old. tea coffee machines or minibar not in the room.

Cons:

Ik begrijp niet waarom deze accommodatie zo hoog scoort. Bij aankomst werd mij verteld dat ik alleen contant kon betalen. Dat was geen probleem, maar achteraf zag ik op Booking.com dat mijn verblijf als geannuleerd/no-show was geregistreerd, waardoor ik mogelijk opnieuw moet betalen.

Daarnaast hebben mijn man en ik de hele nacht niet geslapen door ernstige jeuk. Mijn man zat de volgende ochtend onder de rode bultjes, wat sterk wijst op bedwantsen. Er was niemand bij de receptie aanwezig om dit te melden of om schone lakens te vragen.

Als klap op de vuurpijl was er alleen ijskoud water in de douche. Ik schrijf niet graag negatieve reviews, maar als er geprobeerd wordt mij dubbel te laten betalen, dan vind ik dat toekomstige gasten de waarheid mogen weten.

However, the hotel is accessed via narrow and steep concrete stairs from the main road, with no direct vehicle access. Guests with their own vehicles must park on Ella Main Road, where parking is not always guaranteed.
Best suited for travelers arriving by public transport, tuk-tuk, or taxi. Not recommended for families with babies, elderly guests, or anyone with mobility difficulties.

Für drei Tage Ella okay, Bad unterirdisch.
Pros:

Die Lage ist wirklich super, das Frühstück sehr lecker, das Personal sehr nett und natürlich der grandiose Ausblick.

Cons:

Die Zimmer eigentlich komplett. Sauberkeit kann man bei dem Alter der Zimmer nicht mehr umsetzen. An den Wänden ist Schimmel und Flecken. Türen schließen nicht richtig dadurch Geckos im Zimmer. Keine Klima. Hellhörig, im Bad sogar einfach ein offenes „Fenster“ (eher einfach ein Loch) zum Flur. Dusche kaum einzustellen; es kommt aus allen Hähnen gleichzeitig. Komisches Sammelsurium an Einrichtung.

Pros:

Amazing wiev and comfortable room. Breakfast was marvellous from the terrace. Staff was very very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this place to stay.

Cons:

It would be great to have tea and Coffee making in the room.

La posizione e la gentilezza del personale mi ha fatto molto piacere

Cons:

Ho trovato scarafaggi ed altri insetti inderiderati, assieme ad una scimmia poco gentile sul tetto che rubava le colazioni (certamente non è colpa dello staff, ma mi sembra giusto dirlo)

Perfect, simple 2 night accommodation with the best view.
Pros:

Amazing location with the best view and easy 5 min walk into Ella. And very friendly staff. Also a lovely breakfast on the best terrace in Ella!!
