Service was great, room was very clean and the team there were very helpful and always available!
The location was a little challenging, especially in the dark and in the rain as it because difficult to see when going up and down the stairs to get to the property, also the rain made it very slippery and quite hazardous. Lighting in that area would be something to consider to make it a safer place.

Theres lot of house bugs and flies inside the room and lobby area. Bathroom is not clean and hot water is not available.

A hidden gem in Ella. Located just as you enter Ella this hotel is nestled in trees and perched on the edge of the mountain, this means you’re away from the hustle and bustle of the town and you get to wake up to one of the lost incredible views from your balcony.
magnifique vue depuis la chambre sur le Ella Rock, balcon confortable, chambre propre, légèrement excentré donc calme, personnel très accueillant et aide volontiers à porter les bagages malgré les nombreuses marches/escalier d'accès
salle de bain avec odeur de canalisation et propreté acceptable seulement, les draps du lit sont petit et se défend facilement quand on dort
Mega Ausblick auf Ella rock vom Zimmer und der Dachterasse beim Frühstücken. Frühstück lecker und ausreichend. Personal sehr freundlich, haben uns günstig Weiterfahrt nach Tangalle vermittelt. Fussläufig alles erreichbar! Zimmer einfach und sauber. Preis-Leistung richtig gut!
The view from the rooms and terrace is amazing. Staff and breakfast were impeccable. The hotel is in a calm and relaxing spot while remaining at a 5 min walking distance from main restaurants and shops. Recommended for the great money for value.
The hotel could you small fixing here and there (e.g power socket, water pressure etc…). Mind that there is quite a lot of stairs that might be problematica for people with walking issue.

Simple and basic room and bathroom but clean and comfortable
The room is a bit stuffy and humid? Having nets on the bed or on the door to the balcony would allow sleeping with the mountain air which would be great
Ruime kamer met balkon met prachtig zicht op Ella rock. Lekker ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel. Wel wat trappen om er te komen.
