Pros:

Personal muy amable, desayuno variado, gimnasio bien equipado, cuartos limpios y bien equipados, cuarto silencioso.

Cons:

El wifi no siempre funcionaba como esperado y los precios de bebidas y comida en el bar/restaurante son bastante altos. Había reservado un transfer para buscarme en el aeropuerto y nunca apareció.

Une impression de déclin de cet hôtel depuis quelques années.
Pros:

La navette à l'arrivée à l'aéroport avec un conducteur bienveillant et à l'écoute.
Le personnel quel que soit la fonction est disponible, poli et souriant.
Le restaurant et sa carte intéressante.
Le salon de massage.
Le représentant de la Direction qui m'a assuré que toutes mes remarques et désagréments seraient traités.

Cons:

La maintenance laisse à désirer, j'ai dû déménager à cause d'une fuite d'eau, mais dans la deuxième chambre, le climatiseur du salon gelait, faisait trop de bruit pour dormir et de l'eau coulait sur le meuble situé en dessous.
L'impossibilité d'avoir un débit d'eau constant avec une température réglée.
Les horaires aléatoires du centre d'affaires, l'impossibilité de garantir la confidentialité des documents (Clef USB).
La disponibilité du WIFI très aléatoire en fonction des heures de la journée.
Un des 2 ascenseurs qui est vraiment lent.
