Nous avons payé 24 euros pour deux petit déjeuners, pas de café machine en panne, nous demandons a l'hôtesse un remboursement, pour déjeuner ailleurs elle nous dit oui, et tout compte fait, deux jours après c est non, vraiment pas de remboursement c est honteux

Я останавливалась в этом отеле дважды и разница между первым и вторым посещением отеля была поразительная. Первый раз номер был на первом этаже, чистый и выглядел новым очень приятный, с душем, все было просто отлично для такой цены чисто уютно работало. Во второй раз у меня поселили на втором этаже. Вместо душа там была ванная которая была не очень чистой из душа текла ржавая вода оставляя жёлтый налёт на ванны комнаты выглядела потрепанный были какие-то дырки в стене были в муравьи и не вписывающиеся в обстановку неоновый стульчик пластиковый, не было мусорной корзины в комнате только в ванной и вели ремонтные работы в номере неподалёку, они не несильно шумели но всё равно шум присутствовал. Было такое ощущение что номер потрепан плохо убран плохо организован. Если в первое посещение отеля у меня остались положительные эмоции поэтому я вернулась то во второй раз я немного разочаровалась видимо были завышенные ожидания. В целом на одну ночь остановиться неплохо неподалёку есть трамвайная остановка из-за несколько минут вы можете доехать до центра города, соседнем здании KFC, есть кафе также в соседнем здании, а через дорогу огромный супермаркет с кучей разных магазинов и в принципе там можно купить все что душе угодно.

proche du parc expo à pieds donc très pratique si vous devez aller au parc expo sud

le petiot déjeuner est à améliorer. chambre bien et de taille correcte, confortable. salle de bain bien et de taille correcte

le petit déjeuner reste à améliorer : pas beaucoup de variété et la machine à café fait un capuccino très moyen

Pratique et sympa
Pros:

Pour le prix, la chambre est grande, le personnel est très sympa, la connexion wi fi et le petit dejs sont bons, ça reste un bon rapport qualité prix, le tram est à côté

Cons:

C'est dommage qu'il n'y ait pas d'ascenseur mais le personnel m'a aidée avec ma valise, l'hotel reste un peu excentré
