Preiswertes und freundliches Hotel mit Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür.
Pros:

Größe des Zimmers, das Frühstück war gut, der Kaffee ist MEGA. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Gut beleuchteter Parkplatz direkt vor dem Eingang. Viele Ablagemöglichkeiten im Zimmer. Gute Dusche mit gutem Wasserdruck.

Cons:

Die Matratze sollte getauscht werden Zum Schlafen war's ok. aber die Federn waren deutlich spürbar und hörbar. Im Bad gibt es kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten. Die Straßen zum See sind etwas chaotisch geführt und sehr holprig. Die Fahrt nach Como oder zum See dauert länger als normal bei so einer Entfernung.

A pleasant stay with exceptionally friendly and attentive staff, very good breakfast, and excellent
Pros:

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and definitely one of the biggest advantages of this hotel. Their service really added a lot to the overall experience, and I would give them five stars.

The breakfast was also very good. Although the coffee machine was out of order, the staff continuously checked on us and asked whether we needed more coffee, which was very thoughtful and attentive.

Cons:

For guests like us who have stayed in many four-star hotels, we were a little surprised that some parts of the rooms felt slightly dated. However, the hotel was clean and well maintained overall, and the excellent service from the staff made our stay much more enjoyable.
