Proximité de la forteresse.

Cons:

Le bruit de circulation autour de l'hôtel.
Sol de la salle de bain qui reste mouillé après la douche, ce qui rend difficile l'utilisation des toilettes ou du lavabo.
Petit déjeuner basique.

Нямаше кой да ни настани. В Booking бяха ми написали съобщение, че ще ни изпратят мейл с линк за self check in и указания за настаняване, но такъв така и не получих. Телефонът за контакти звъни на рецепцията, където няма никой. Не отговориха и на двете съобщения в Booking. Наложи се в 23 часа след цял ден път да резервирам друг хотел. Дори не се извиниха днес по никакъв начин.

Tesisin çabuk check -in yapmasını. Erken varmamıza rağmen odayı vermesini, çalışanların güleryüzlü oluşunu

Petit déjeuner très moyen , pas de bouteille d eau à disposition on paye, c est le seul hôtel de Bulgarie où ça m est arrivé
On vous propose à l arrivée café eau et jus gratuit si vous mettez 5* sur booking , un peu spécial 😂
