Pros:

Amazing stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent, with the tram stop right outside, providing a direct and convenient connection to Venice Island. There is also a bus stop nearby with direct access to the airport, which made traveling very easy.

The room was comfortable and well-equipped. The beds were very cozy, and I especially appreciated the thoughtful addition of a mosquito repellent device in the room. It was a smart touch that made our stay even more comfortable.

A special mention goes to the gentleman at the reception desk. He took the time to explain everything clearly upon our arrival and was extremely helpful. He even provided us with a map and marked all the important locations, including tram stops, bus stops, and the best places to visit in Venice. His local advice was invaluable and helped us make the most of our trip.

Overall, this hotel is excellent. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Venice.

Pros:

Obiekt w spokojnej okolicy, jednocześnie bardzo blisko tramwaju do Wenecji. Dostępny parking. Bardzo miły pan w recepcji, który wszystko dokładnie wytłumaczył.

Pros:

Hotel très bien situé à seulement 5mn à pied de l'arrêt de tram (qui vous emmène sur Venise en 10mn chrono).
Chambre propre et confortable
Personnel attentionné

Cons:

Petit déjeuner varié et copieux mais produits proposés industriels et donc pas bons..
Isolation de la chambre pas terrible.. bruits de l'ascenseur et de l'extérieur.
