Galway Race Week: A 7-day cancellation applies for Galway Race Week Monday 27th July – Sunday 2nd August 2026 . Less than 1 week will result in full charge for one night’s accommodation for any cancelled rooms. Full payment is required 3 weeks to arrival in advance.

This property reserved the right to Pre-Authorise and or charge the card on file for the first night stay – 48 hours prior to arrival.

The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented by the cardholder at check-in along with matching photo identification.

A damage deposit of € 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Good basic hotel for a short visit.
Pros:

Very friendly staff. Very comfy boxspring kingsize bad in a quite large room. Basic room facilities but good breakfast. Easy to park your car but not a very nice walk to the center via very busy industrial/shopping malls road.

Cons:

Little bits and bops are just that bit broken or beaten and not repaired or replaced. Breakfast buffet just that bit cramped.

Emergency works stay
Pros:

The immense interactiveness of the entire staff that was met from reception to wait her waitress and night porter was exceptional

Cons:

The toilets in my room of 319 needs to be looked at for the simple fact the buttons for the flusher are by far some of the toughest buttons to push

Very pleasant stay.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good with a good range to choose from. The room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The rooms at the front are beside the road so you can get a little nosie from te traffic. During busy periods the lift can be slow due to teh ammount of people trying to use it, inclduing staff.

Nice staff and stay
Pros:

I enjoyed the breakfast and the check in/ checkout.

Cons:

The beds were a bit too soft and sunk in when we slept but it was fine. The only discomfort we had was the rooms are not air conditioned. We booked with the anticipation of having this in the rooms. The staff kindly got us a fan which was fine.

Camere molto belle da 4 stelle. Letti comodissimi e puliti. Bagno perfetto. Camere silenziose. Tutto perfetto. Ottima anche la colazione a buffet.

Location, slightly further out than thought and not a brilliant area when walking home at night being in a semi industrial area

Le choix! Le choix entre la fenêtre fermée sans clim... ou la fenêtre ouverte à écouter la nationale et les ventilateurs du restaurant !

Cons:

L'emplacement.. hotel coincé entre une nationale bruyante et une zone commerciale. Cet hôtel n'est pas fait pour des touristes

We had a lovely time in Galway and were very happy with the hotel and will stay again!
Pros:

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and clean.
Although no air conditioning at least the window opened which helped in this hot weather.
The bathroom was small but also clean.
The TV worked although we didn’t use it much!

Cons:

I could not fault anything in the room!

Located just the corner of the city around €12 in a taxi to go in nice location
